I have on hold for one hour and 10…

I have on hold for one hour and 10 minutes and still telling me your call is important for us. I forgot my collector number and I want to call after I did online and told me that my email and everything is incorrect which is not true. What a scam and layer company.

Seniors Beware, Air miles stole all my miles.

I am 75 years old and during Covid relied on others to get my shopping done for me. I was grateful that family and friends made sure i had food and necessities. I happily reimbursed their out of pocket expenses either with cash or interact transfer payment. I am now able to get out and do much more for myself.
When I finally went to redeem some airmiles I learned that Airmiles have a policy that if your account is dormant for two the steal your miles. They do not close your account. It tooks a few calls and many hours on hold to learn how they treat seniors.

5000 airmiles "kwijt" een onbekende…

5000 airmiles "kwijt" een onbekende stort 1587 airmiles op mij account en haalt er 5000 vanaf. Je spaart je een ongeluk voor je iets kan kopen en dan dit. Antwoord airmiles: u bent zelf verantwoordelijk wij gaan er niets aan doen. Dat is nou "service". Airmiles maar opheffen.

Klantenservice Wat een stelletje ordinaire mensen daar. Erg onbeschoft, praten dwars door je heen met een één of andere Amsterdams kak accent. Zo sta je klanten toch niet ter woord? Echt verschrikkelijk, wij gaan ons uitschrijven bij Airmiles. Ongeregeld zooitje.

Terrible customer service

I am on hold for over an hour now and I am an Onyx member. What happened to your priority onyx service you promote? I have tried calling you for almost three weeks. I did your call back option one time and you called me back 3 times and every time after 1 or 2 rings I answer and you guys hang up. When my points are all used up I will never use airmiles again.

Such a Bad Experience

So frustrating ... pin is locked and impossible to get it unlocked or changed. Can not access my account to purchase anything. Have waited on phone for hours and hours and never able to talk to anyone. Tried live chat and they said it was unlocked but NO it still didnt work. Makes you wonder if it is a big scam!!!! Horrible experience and waste of all these years collecting points. Shame on you!!!! Unlock my account so i can use it!!!

Goede oplossing na eigen fout

Had per ongeluk een verkeerd artikel besteld (door cookies lang in mijn winkelwagen blijven staan). Bij retournering raakte het beschadigd en zoek, dit werd goed opgelost door Airmilesshop. Vriendelijk geholpen en mijn Airmiles terug.

Massive waste of time and frustration!!

Air miles is the biggest waste of time!! I got a card months ago and tried to collect points and it never worked properly and was always an annoying process to check points etc...Finally I just threw the card out because I was fed up with the whole process. Then the other day I got a new card in the mail saying mine was an administrative error with my card and that they've issued me a new card with new ending numbers. I was to register the new card with the temporary pin on the back of the new card they sent....it wasn't there!! So after multiple attempts at trying to say forgot pin etc...it still would not let me register the NEW card. Then I took a second look at the front of the card and they've only gone and gave me the same blinking collection number as my old card again!! What a mess this company is....my letter said the new card was a completely different number and should have a temporary pin on the back...neither of which was true. This review is going to be the last time I waste with this company. They are pathetic!!

On March 16 I checked out booking…

On March 16 I checked out booking flights using my Airmiles. The total Airmiles points I needed on this date was 22,191. I couldn’t book at this date because I didn’t have my accommodations confirmed. Today, March 21, 5 days later the total Airmiles I need is now 40,528!!!! Almost double! This is an unfair business practice. It makes me think twice about collecting Airmiles.

Pass the buck on customer service

ordered merchandise on Dec 3, 2021 for a Christmas present. Received it Jan 31/22 and it WAS NOT what was ordered. Sent a message in Messenger as I had contact with them earlier to find out what the holdup was. Of course the delay wasn't AirMiles fault, it was the supplier. Anyway, today, Becca at Messenger says "It's not her area". call the 800# or use live chat. Tried live chat but pretty sure there was nothing 'live' about it. Finally after an hour on the phone, Ian answers. Guess what "It's not his area" either. I asked to be transferred to the proper area, but that's not the way we do things here. They will refer it to another department and could be a week to hear back. Meanwhile I contact the supplier who says AirMiles ordered the wrong package, and to get the stainless steel bowl that was supposed to be part of the package will cost me $ 110.00 + taxes. My initial purchase was 8,675 Dream Miles that are long gone from my account and I'm still fighting to get the order fulfilled.

Bijna dagelijks storingen, niet kunnen inloggen waardoor je je air miles mist bij het tanken. Dit gebeurd structureel, al maandenlang. Klantenservice bellen om achteraf je air miles te claimen met een papieren kassabon, en een uur in de wacht staan

Horrible

Horrible. I'm still on hold after 2.5 hours. They ended emails so now we are forced to call.
I've never seen so many hate a company so much. And they just don't care. Horrible company!!!

YOU REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU JUST CARE ABOUT THE MIGHTY DOLLAR . AFTER HAVING TO FIGHT AND COMPLAIN I / WE FINELY GOT BACK OUR AIRMILES AND THE LEAST YOU COULD OF DONE WAS TO GIVE US EXTRA MILES FOR ALL THE TROUBLE WE HAVE GONE THROUGH .
WHEN I SAY POOR SERVICE THAT IS WHAT WE GOT FROM YOU .

Air miles just put in a 500% increase if points required to fly. Have been saving for years now almost worthless. Can buy tickets cheaper from Flair than just the Arimiles surcharges. Rip OFF

I have been phoning

I have been phoning, trying to get through to the customer service center for 5 days with no luck, I use the call back option , then 6 hrs later I get a call from a automated voice saying they don't have a anyone available right now, book for a call back in 3 weeks, this is the WORST service I have ever experienced from any company

There are much better reward options out there now.

I have to give them the poorest rating possible. We had no end of difficulty getting through to them on the phone. After a 2.5 hr wait our call was accepted. Zero for customer service. We had hoped to use some points to go to Africa as we had done a few years ago but this is no longer an option. The points to just get to Europe are no longer really worth it. You might as well just pay. Not recommended.

Zeer slecht werkende website

Zeeeer slecht werkende website. Je eigen password aanmaken is al 1 groot drama want ook als je aan alle mega veel eisen voldoet blijft airmiles volhouden dat je password niet aan de eisen voldoet. Blijf nog maar een uurtje puzzelen om op je eigen account te mogen komen. Madam van de klantenservice denkt schijnbaar ook dat ik niet kan lezen, want die somt alle eisen nog maar eens op in de mail terwijl je toch echt minimaal 2 speciale tekens moet gebruiken terwijl de website schrijft dat 1 genoeg is.
Een bericht sturen via de site wordt ook volledig onmogelijk gemaakt want je moet je telefoonnummer opgeven terwijl de daarvoor bestemde ruimte geen enkel telefoonnummer accepteert. 'oeps er is iets misgegaan' komt er dan te staan. Wat er misgegaan is mag je lekker zelf uitzoeken. Ik ben er helemaal klaar mee. Ik stap er uit. Zou iedereen moeten doen bij deze amateurs.

Op de website kunnen geen acties geactiveerd worden.
De app werkt niet goed ondanks maanden bezig te zijn hem te vernieuwen.
Alleen transacties van de laatste weken zijn zichtbaar zowel op de vernieuwde app als de website!
Dit bedrijf doet helemaal niets!!!!! voor de spaarders.
