The driver was very pleasant and helpful. He helped with my luggage and kept me aware of the traffic and time. I really appreciate drivers who care about their passengers, and I felt that he did for me. I will continue to use this car service when I fly to London.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. We have gone through your booking. Your flight landed at 18:39 and you requested the pickup at 19:54. We usually give 30minutes extra free time. After the free time we charge for waiting (40p per minute). The driver was waiting for you until 22:59 and he has not done his following job. If we have charged for the waiting fully it would have been 150minutes at the rate of 40p = £60.00. But the driver charged you only £27.00. If you are not happy about this please let us know and we will refund the money.
