I visited airthrill perth on Sunday the 15th of January and I was very disappointed. This time my daughter brought 6 of her friends. Some of them it was their first time. Normally the staff are friendly. Today we were met with attitude and rudeness. There is a lady that was at reception and her attitude was absolutely horrible. There is another lady with dark hair that looks like a supervisor that was rude. My daughter asked her a question and she completely ignored them. I feel when working with children especially, having a horrible attitude and being rude is not very professional. When you get treated in such a way, you don't feel like returning. As a company with many airthrills in different locations, you would think the first point of contact would be someone welcoming. It was also absolutely freezing the kids were jumping with gloves and scarfs, nevermind the parents sitting at the tables.

Firstly Very frustrating to gather all details from classmates and parents you don't know.
Secondly they stopped returning money now its only a jump session voucher. People who had birthdays before us were very sure thats changed as well.
I decided to book for 12 children originaly but only 10 showed up.
And guess what the food was not enough! Children were starving after the jump session and I went to the desk to ask why close by table of 8 gets 2 pizzas and then our table with 10 guesses 2 pizzas as well.
Bear in mind when they return the voucher for those who didn't showed up the cost of the voucher is only for jumping session. Therefore they are still charging for the food but someone decided to have a treat in their pockets!
Will definitely avoid and not book a birthday party again at this price of about £17 per child not enough food, the drinks finished throughout the first 1 hour, inadequate management with no solution of customer need care whatsoever.
P.S manager showed up and the end when the party was finishing and instead of taking pictures of a birthday boy and cake had to talk to someone inadequate. No thank you

Avoid at any cost.!
Went for the the Catford branch for a birthday party.
I have received a find from the car park company "Highview Parking Ltd. "
You are allowed 2 hours. the party last for 1:45 minutes.
you arrive on time, and you dress your kid up, you leave the car park and you do all that in 15 minutes.
This is same formula. Air Thill told me you are at our own risk and they refused to intervene. Apparently, I am not the only parent who have received the car park fine from this dodgy company.
Really bad experience, I will never go back again to this plan. Shame on you!!!!

Some sort of waiver indemnifying the venue/company in case of an accident or death is unfortunately normal for facilities such as these.

However, a closer look at their waiver form makes Airthrill look even more sinister.

The waiver form begins by saying it is valid for 12 months, but in the very next sentence, it says that you release/indemnify/discharge Airthrill FOREVER! Additionally, it looks like you have to also waive any right to privacy for yourself and your little one(s) too, there is no way to opt-out of this one and still use their premises.

In their waiver form, they have combined waiver in case of (a) bodily harm/accident, (b) capturing photos + videos as part of CCTV for safety & security purposes and (c) capturing photos + videos for their own promotional purposes (with NO RIGHT to inspect or approve any such photos or videos) - all these 3 points in just ONE tick box ! So, you need to agree to all or nothing. Ideally, these should be 3 tick boxes, with the points 'a' & 'b' being compulsory and the point 'c' (photos/videos for their own promotional purposes) being OPTIONAL, this one cannot be compulsory. But no, either you have to agree to everything or get out with your little one(s).

The following is an excerpt from their waiver (version as of 30-Sep-2021) related to my point above and it sounds ominous - "I hereby grant Airthrill on behalf of myself and the children in my care the IRREVOCABLE right and permission to photograph and/or recording for all purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes. I WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind."

Whats even more shameful is they are using children as emotional leverage, whether intentionally or otherwise, since parents/carers may give in and sign the waiver reluctantly than have the child/children miss out on the fun or if they are part of a birthday party, etc.

And oh, I tried calling them (020 8092 4360, option 1) 4 times this morning to discuss this and see if I could sign the waiver on behalf of my child WITHOUT agreed to them using photos & videos for promotional purposes. Each time, it told me that I was the first in queue but even after 15-20 minutes of holding, no one would pick up ! On the 5th attempt, it went straight to their voicemail.

So that's approx 1 hour spent trying to reach them on the phone, and btw, their number does NOT seem to be printed on their website (though Google lists it). Not sure how one can reach them in case of an accident or emergency (for which you have already waived away their responsibility remember!).

Overall, their business practices unfortunately seem to be shady, sinister, unethical, exploitative, that too a business involving mostly children.
