Very very very very very bad customer service and response. After delivering a wrong product, in spite of requesting for return, I am waiting for more than 2"weeks to pick up the return and refund. No response and sending invalid contact number of delivery agent and end of the day i am getting msg that attempt was made and I was unavailable. Very very bad experience and disappointing.

Gave 1 star because -ve rating is not allowed, Don't EVER prepay for products on this trash app

I ordered a product and I got a soiled, used and completely different product. It was torn at few places too. I registered for a refund. Been trying for refund to go through for last 4 days, pickup up guys instead of picking up the item, are picking up quarrel with me saying it's nott the product shown in the image. But that's the crux of the issue from the beginning. I got a product that's not ordered, not new

They intentionally remove price and brand tags of low quality products before delivery so that returns become difficult if not impossible

Worst platform ever. Firstly not uploading correct details of product and when customer returns then blocking their account due to reason of too many returns. Go to hell Ajio.

Ajio is the worst app first they make u wait for 10 days,they will say that your order is reaching but at the end they themselves return the order

I recently ordered from ajio and chose to return it ,even after giving the right pickup address the return pickup is been scheduled in different city ,and the worst customer care service ever ,I somehow was able to contact them and upon mentioning the query again the pickup was scheduled in different city.

हमने AJIO वेबसाइट के माध्यम से एक सूट ऑर्डर किया था, लेकिन हमें जो पार्सल मिला उसमें ऑर्डर किया गया सूट नहीं था। उसकी जगह बिल्कुल अलग कपड़ा भेज दिया गया।
हमने तुरंत रिफंड के लिए शिकायत दर्ज की, लेकिन न तो अब तक कोई पिकअप करने आया है और न ही रिफंड की कोई जानकारी दी गई है। कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद AJIO की ओर से कोई समाधान नहीं मिला।
इस तरह की लापरवाही और खराब सेवा को देखते हुए मैं सभी ग्राहकों से सावधान रहने का अनुरोध करता हूँ। बिना जांच-पड़ताल के AJIO से कपड़े खरीदने से बचें।

I dont even know how such gawar people r operating this business when they dont even know the basics of logistics. Extremely poor customer care and choosing your delivery partner as bluedart is a nightmare . Worst company , worst services

Ajio’s service has gone downhill badly. Earlier, delivery was fast, but now it takes around 20 days. On top of that, they advertise a 10-day return/exchange policy but disable exchanges for all items. Worst service ever.

Such a fraud app I’ve ever seen, giving different rate in the app and at the time of delivery taking another price. Never a trustfull app.. myntra, flipcart, meesho is far better. Atleast they are giving a platform to express customers reviews. Ajio is worried about critism. Shame on you.. taking others money that too through fraud activity. Iam going to uninstall this app and I will definitely share this fraud with my friends and tell them to uninstall the app.

I am extremely disappointed with Ajio’s service. I have been trying to return one product for over a month, and I have raised the return request 5–6 times, but the pickup has still not been completed. Every time I contact customer care, the only response I get is “Sorry ma’am,” with no real action taken.

This delay, lack of responsibility, and repeated inconvenience shows how poor the support system has become. A simple return should not take this long.

Please take this issue seriously and resolve it immediately. Ajio needs to improve its return process and customer support urgently.
