honestly can't thank Andrew enough for all of his help throughout my mortgage journey. He was incredibly diligent, extremely responsive, and always available whenever I had a question or needed to talk something through. I never felt like I was chasing him he was always ten steps ahead.

What impressed me most was how proactive he was. Every time a lower mortgage rate became available, he immediately switched me onto the better deal, ensuring I got the best possible rate. Thanks to his hard work and attention to detail, I'm now saving a significant amount on my monthly mortgage payments.

Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the whole process feel so much easier. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients.

I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who is professional, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond.

I would not recommend AJM / Andrew Morris based on our experience. The nature of the recommended products was not properly explained and the full terms and conditions were not provided to us until we asked for them. When we raised this, rather than acknowledging it, we were told that we did not understand the situation. We also received repeated emails, and after we asked for the contact to stop, we were told our mortgage application would be terminated - something that would have had a serious impact on our family.
The offer in fact remained in place, despite what we were told.

In our opinion the handling of our case fell well below what one could expect and should aim for, and we have raised a formal complaint. Others can judge for themselves, but we would not use them again.
