I took a chance and ordered a £15 mystery box and I was not disappointed!! I got a gorgeous gladiator pair of sandals that were on the site for £34. The sizing is good, quality is good and you'll be sure to find a lot of gorgeous shoes that you have not came across before

Have many pairs of shoes from here except my newest delivery came and the shoes were awful. They no longer say 'AJVoyage' on the shoe, they are coming as the brand 'Marquiiz' and 'Truffle Collection' . Completely different in size, comfort and quality. Won't buy again

Shoes are bad quality,wore them once and can’t wear anymore they split,and size is not accurate

Bought 3 pairs of shoes from here, all were awful quality. One pair was delivered with the sole already detached, one had melted plastic all over the shoes and the third pair cut my foot trying it on because the edges of the top part were sharp and unfinished. No response from the company yet. It's quality I'd expect from somewhere like shein for under a tenner but I paid over £30 per pair.

Motion gladiator sandals looked great and comfortable. I ordered last October but put away and not worn until this year worn half a dozen times and sole has completley split. Contacted customer service with images and they have said no to refund or exchange offered me 50 per discount off another pair of shoes. Not going to order as quality rubbish. Dissappinted. Avoid

Bought the progress chunky sandal. They look amazing but I've worn them twice and both soles have snapped underneath! Waiting for a reply to refund me, so wish me luck. Won't ever recommend this company

I bought some sandals from here in Sept 2023 and after a few weeks of wear they broke at the side. I send video and images and they replaced them. As it was coming up to Autumn time, I put the new pair away to save for this summer. Fast forward to this year and they've snapped across the sole after wearing them twice! Terrible Chinese rubbish.

This company has awful customer service. I bought a pair of shoes off them. I was very excited to receive them as I had this pair in black and are the most comfortable sandals I own. However, upon trying them on and walking around in them once, they were making an awful noise of air blowing out of the sole of them. I contacted the company straight away. They asked for a video of the fault, which I duly sent. They then replied that because I'd worn them, they were only prepared to offer a 25% refund. Even though I'd only worn them once, contacted them within days of receiving them and the product is very clearly faulty. So now I'm left majorly out of pocked with a pair of shoes I'm going to have to throw in the bin. I left a negative review on their social media page and got blocked from it. Please avoid them at all costs.

My experience was a bit of a shambles. I received a faulty item, messages CS to arrange a return for a replacement. Was offered 20% to keep which was a bit of an insult given the defect. No clear instruction on how to use the QR code to return, it wasn’t explained I would receive the QR after I registered the return so I ended up paying for it myself in the post office. Returned the item back, contacted CS again informing them the item has been signed for and could I have a replacement. Was informed it would take 5 days as there was a back log but a note has been put on the order. The next day received an email that I have been refunded - and charged £1.99 for the return. Had to contact them again to remove the charge. Couldn’t be bothered asking for a replacement and just accepted the refund. Only positive is the CS reply quite quickly.

Really poor quality sandals for the price. Cheap plastic chinese product. Will not buy from again or recommend.

Absolutely appalling service from this company.ordered boots for a 2nd time. 2nd time they mysteriously get lost in transit and are now for a 2nd time are out of stock 😡😡
Again no correspondence from the company until I enquired majorly let down again by this shoddy company.

RUCTION Chunky Caged Gladiator Sandals in black. Ordered last Thursday 11th April and has arrived today Saturday 13th. They are amazing and fit so well also mega quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering again
