At first, I was skeptical. It's just a root, but it really works.Massive improvement in my strength. I added weight to each workout. The improvement in my physique was noticeable. My overall well-being improved. I'm almost 50, and it works great for me. Ive done 6 weeks cycle
This time I ordered another 6 bottles for 12 weeks cycle.
I also have positive experience with Akarali. Quick respone for my emails.

Tongkat Ali delivered very quickly. The company is very responsive to messages.
Individual differences are a factor for Tongkat Ali, when I tried this one a year ago it didn’t have any difference on my SHGB levels. But trying again for 2 months to see. Always worth getting bloods done to see.

Ordered July 9th and have yet to receive any correspondence, tracking, anything. I've sent email follow ups to no avail.

Did receive a note from the shipping company- DHL - 2.5 weeks later, but no comms from the company yet.

Product quality TBC. High hopes given reviews despite the unresponsiveness from Akarali so far.

I am incredibly disappointed by this company and their service. I would not recommend even considering ordering from them.

I ordered over two weeks ago and I am yet to receive the goods or shipping info. I followed up via their email address on the order confirmation and I have not received any response.

If they respond saying that this is a fake review then I am more than happy to upload my order information.

I ordered a month ago. No shipping notification and an email request for update was ignored. In the past I had a great experience with this product but it appears the company is either struggling or taking orders for a product it will never ship. I am truly disappointed.

Update: After posting the review I was contacted. I think 4 stars is fitting. The original product purchase was finally delivered with a bonus. I appreciate the follow up and would recommend monitoring the customer service emails.

Ordered some Tongkat Ali 2 weeks ago. Never arrived. Sent 3 emails and still no response. Does this company exist or have they just got terrible customer service? Very disappointed!

Ordered a few bottles of the Tongkat so far. Really good product, and noticed results in the gym especially with my energy levels. The customer service is also extremely good, they got back to me within minutes everytime I reached out to them. Would recommend this product and company to anybody.

I can feel difference when I am not and am taking the product. It does provide some form of energy booster where I can sustain run longer with less exhaustion.

Been using Akarali for about 2 months and so far so good. I work night shifts and this product helps with the energy levels through the night. No issue's with not being able to sleep after the shift. Good customer service and prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

I know that reviews make people skeptical, wondering if they are fake and what have you. But I can honestly say this TKA is by far the best you will ever try. Is it expensive... well yes if your on a budget.. is it worth trying more cheaper TKA from other companies? Nope, nope and nope again, if money is an issue try different supplements to achieve your goals!. Listen I've tried them all, some good others not so. At the moment my stack looks like this, TKA, horny goat weed 10% icariin, organic beetroot powder, lions mane powder and shilajit ( expensive it can be but found a very good source from etsy of all places, 45 pound for a 100 grams). The trouble is you spend weeks or months looking, researching, trying just to be disappointed and feel like you've been ripped off. Some people have champagne taste and lemonade pockets and buy the most expensive supplements just to feel nothing. Well the 2 hardest supplements to find that are legit or actually sell what you want are TKA 2 % eurycomanone and Horny goat weed 10, 20 and especially 60 % icariin. So you buy TKA but then find it had no eurycomanone in it or it's ground down leaf and bark. Or you get Horny goat weed easier enough but it contains no icariin. Then there's companies who claim to have all the parts of the plant your looking for only to just stick a plain label on the product just saying TKA, recommended use 1 to 2 tablets daily do not exceed recommended amount no other informationat at all just a plain white label and your heart sinks before you have even tried it. Then the website is just information they have copied from the Internet and pasted. Well Akarali is definitely legit from the website to the product as bang on the money. Being able to get a copy of the certificate of authentication, how the TKA has been extracted ect it's all there but the proof is in the trying. So after trying several other brands with no effect at all I gave this brand a shot. Took 200 mg and have to say mental clarity, focus, mood lifting and sense of calm all there. Sure if you use it everyday you become used to.it and it may feel like the effects have lessened but it's still very noticeable and of course you'll get used to it your body adapts and acts as if it is normal. So take a couple days off every now and then boom 💥 you'll be back with a bang. Seriously though well worth a try , my advice buy the powder, yes very bitter tasting but you get more than twice the amount for your money and you just need to man up and get it down your neck. Just wanted to add to my above review considering this supplement comes from Malaysia ( I'm assuming this by the address is was sent from) delivery is always super quick. Ordered i think Thursday the 5th June recieved today Monday the 9th June, DHL express delivery. Also they have representatives you can chat to via WhatsApp with any questions. I know you always get some negative reviews but some supplements just don't have the same effect on some people compared to others ( creatine one of the most popular and proven to work supplements doesnt do anything for me) . Also this is a business can't always get everything right so the odd review saying they had trouble receiving goods or had a negative customer experience, unfortunately this does happen and sometimes it's just unlucky. If you are looking for a preworkout boost, have anxiety issues, need some mental health clarity, not saying it's a cure all but it definitely helps . Just stick to the recommended dosage I think more research is needed for larger quantities. I've taking 200mg to 400mg daily and this works a treat along with shilajit these are the best 2 supplements I've ever tried. But please don't buy cheap knock off versions literally chucking money down the drain. Good luck, good training and good mental health to all.

Placed an order. They took my money. Haven't heard from them since. Am now beginning legal action against them for mail fraud, which should end their business in the United States. If this business were located anywhere but a third world country it would have been shut down by now.
All those "5 star reviews" must be fraudulent.
UPDATE. This business has now responded to my inquiries. That being the case, I withdraw my complaints against them. I'll give them 4 stars - one off for customer communication.

Just received my pack, and surprisingly its become a present)
As the order proceeded longer as its mentioned on the website, I thought its already to late for getting delivery in Czech Republic.
I contacted with CS and they apologised and made a refund.
But just three business days later I got a package) it was Tongkat Ali.
Again I contacted with CS and they responded that I don't have to make a payment while received a full refund.
