We use this company for my nan and grandad. Grandparents are very happy with all the staff that come. All staff are professional and go above and beyond. We have also used a kind home care to take nan and grandad to hospital appointments. We couldn’t recommend you enough. So thank you to each and everyone of you :) x
We first looked at A Kind Homecare when my nan was finding looking after my disabled grandad a struggle and from the first meeting I was so impressed. Nan was reluctant - she saw it as her personal job but Adele immediately made her feel comfortable and most of all heard.
From here my respect for Adele and her company grew. They started helping nan take care of grandad but as nan's cancer took over, they took care of her too.
Dignity, respect, and care - that sums up the company and the carers.
A Kind Homecare provided invaluable support to our family. They not only helped nan care for grandad but also took on a significant portion of the burden, allowing us to focus on spending quality time with nan. During nan's final days, the carers provided unwavering support, ensuring that she was comfortable and surrounded by loved ones.
Adele was there in the last moments and I know it would have been what nan wanted and she loved her and Sue so much.
This company has been a rock in helping us navigate life after and making sure grandad is able to cope.
They do their jobs well and clearly show that they care about their clients but it's the little things too - making sure they say hi to the dog because he is grandad's world and knowing they care about the dog makes grandad feel more valued.
If you're looking for a homecare company that truly cares about its clients, I highly recommend A Kind Homecare. Their compassionate and dedicated staff made a tremendous difference in our lives, and I'm confident that they would do the same for you.
Having used AKind Homecare to cover my Mums care while her usual carers were on holiday, I can not recommend them enough. All the staff are efficient, caring and professional, even when we had a couple of emergencies, they maintained the professional service throughout. Huge thanks to Adele and her amazing team
