I recently had surgery with Dr Ümran muslu, I was so nervous before I went of the unknowing, what would be the results and being in a different country every doubt or me feeling nervous was gone as soon as I arrived I can’t thank Aktif hospital Dr Ümran, Monica, salina and all the hospital staff from the nurses to the security and driver, they were all amazing, so reassuring and were lovely, Monica thank you personally for holding my hand through it all and reassuring me, going above and beyond anything I ever needed done again I’d not hesitate to come back and know you would look after me thank you so much Dr Ümran for giving me back joy within myself, if anyone is looking for any kind of surgery please go here ❤️

Je suis partie pour effectuer une blasphéroplastie des paupières supérieures et inférieures auprès de l'hôpital Aktif international de auprès du docteur Dr Atakan baş .
Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'aéroport la traductrice qui nous a suivi tout le long du séjour a été formidable elle se prénommait amel Une personne toujours à l'écoute est sensible et au petit soin. Amel a toujours été là avec nous lors du séjour entier à l'hôpital le service hospitalier ainsi que le docteur quant à eux sont également au petit soin ils se relayent et nuit pour nous apporter les soins ainsi qu'un soutien psychologique moral et affectif. L'opération en elle-même c'est très bien passé Avec un suivi rigoureux de la part du médecin Le Dr Atakan baş ainsi que les infirmières et l,équipe médicale Que l'on remercie vivement pour tout le soutien qui nous ont apportés.

surgery and stay breakdown
After considerate research I decided to pick this clinic as the place where I’d get my gastric sleeve surgery done, I was allowed to bring a family member with me, and they were provided with meals during their stay with me,
The room were cleaned a in the morning and evening, with daily replacement of bed sheets.
The surgery: my surgery went well, and after a few hours I was walking, the doctor that performed the surgery was Dr Faruk Cavdar, i got to meet the doctor after my surgery and had a chat, great person
Post op aftercare: after my surgery the team at Aktif has shown great care, checking in on me multiple times a day, and providing all the medication in a timely and organised manner, I was also provided with vitamins, supplements, injections and medication to take home with me, I was also provided with a diet plan for the following weeks and a guide on what to eat and what to avoid, with reminders from the team when it was time to change up my diet
Language barriers: the clinic had a great translator, which has helped us a lot during the time at the clinic.
Post op updates: I am currently 4 months post op, my starting weight was of 180kg, current weight is 128kg, I was provided with pain killers, but the boxes they gave me have been untouched due to no pain.
Health complications: none, after my surgery I haven’t had any pain, or any complications but there have been complications caused by my weight which have went away after the surgery for example my sleep apnea has went away along with the shortness of breath I had when walking
Again, id like to give the biggest thank you to Doctor Faruk Cavdar and his team at aktif for the great treatment and care they provided me with and for changing my life

I spent four days and five nights at no cost to me. Moreover, doctor Mehdi Deniz and his staff were wonderful to me. I was out there by myself so it was scary for me but the staff cared for me as a family. I'm glad I take the I chose them, I can't wait to share my results. Thank you so much doctor Mehdi Deniz.

My mum had a bypas gastric surgery with doctor Onder Akkus,he is realy a lovely person,professional,happy,pozitiv and very kind to the people.He really cared about my mum,all the time spent in the hospital(10 days more exactly)we felt so protected and looked after.My mum is having more issues and it wasn't an easy surgery but he didn't hesitate to help her.I will always appreciate and be grateful to this man and his team .I definitely recommend to everyone who needs professionalism,Aktif International hospital.👆🏥 🔝

Kolonoskopi yapıldıktan 1 hafta sonra ağır bir bağırsak enfeksiyonu geçirdim. Kesin olmamakla birlikte gittiğim doktor uygulamadan enfeksiyon kapmış olabileceğimi söyledi. Ayrıca personelin yönlendirmesi ve ilgisi daha iyi olmalıydı. Yeterince profesyonel düzeyde bulmadım..

Hello, my name is Diana ciuntu and finally in December 2023 I took the decision to make the stomach surgery. It was the best decision ever and definitely Dr. Faruk did a great job! He was kind and very professional. Also all the nurses was good to me and guide me through the process. I advice everyone to chose this doctor because he does a great job!
Update- I had the surgery on 27 December and now I have -19 kg. Finally I started to love myself ❤️
