Alans Factory Outlet Avaliações

So far I've only been through to you today and park and making my down payment. So far I've got the spot picked out and it's all flagged off I'm just waiting for him to bring the building.

Easy to use the web site. Everyone has been prompt and nice when dealing with me. No issues at all.

Had a few questions concerning ordering a garage from them. Customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. Really appreciate that. Second product I have ordered from them. Very satisfied.

So far (carport is in manufacturing stage), communications have been great to include a phone call follow up from Alans Factory Outlet (AFO) and the manufacturer (Carolina Manufacturing?)

The process is going smooth. I am looking forward to closing the process with permitting to get my building installed. Dannie Byers

The actual company Alansfactory is awesome. Easy to order on website put deposit down. Suzie and Dylan were awesome with communication with me and my husband with updates. Love this team. God Bless

The simplicity of starting the project was the thing I love most. It hasn't been brought out and assembled yet but I'm looking forward to that part of the process as well.

This is my second purchase from Alans. Good product, good installation and competetive price

Super simple so far. I have received the building yet but the process has been easy so far.

Very easy to work with through the ordering process. We will add to this review as delivery and installation is completed

purchasing and design were easily done. Had a self-inflicted issue and customer service fixed it quickly.

The 3D rendering for each build choice item made selections easier.

After paying a down payment and docu signing, I get an email saying 8-10 was starts after pictures. I now have to expedite reading the site to start the delivery clock. Seriously? It will be ready!

So far so good. Immediate responses. Will update after building is complete.

Great responses to questions and concerns, change order after the initial order went smooth. Will use for my upcoming carport project as well depending how install goes of course, I feel confident it will go well.

I purchased a carport in July 2025. Installation was great, but 6 weeks later all of the vertical supports began to rust. I called and sent pics of the rust and they sent a team 3 mons later to replace the rusted parts, the team found additional rust on the ground pieces and took the replacement pieces and left. That was almost 6 mons ago. More pieces are rusting, pics sent and now I’m being ghosted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎

The website for building whatever it is that you would like to build with the colors, with and without doors. carports with & without sides along with awesome prices. I'm at the beginning stages where I've just ordered but so far everything looks great

The website made it easy to design the garage I wanted to build, and the price was very reasonable. The people who work there were responsive and helpful. I am looking forward to the completion on the project.

The ordering process on the website was incredibly easy. After paying the deposit, Alan's Factory Outlet was very quick to reach out and explain everything that was expected to happen and informed me of potential requirements that I had to do, such as obtaining a permit for my structure. Their system of operations is outstanding. I will attempt to update after the installation is complete.
