Extreme madness
I'm trading in their LITE platform with a minisclue account. For the past 3 weeks their GTC stops have not been working, I got rejected trying to close my positions manually, and now I find out their EndOfDay stops are also out of order. I have been talking to guys from support probably 10 times, the try to help but are clueless at best, regarding what is going on. Seems highly unprofessional. I am happy my account is peanuts.

Really great broker
Really great broker. Execution speed is fast, the trading platform Hammer Pro is affordable, commissions are low, and there are no restrictions on what stocks you are allowed to trade like with other brokers. No hidden restrictions/fees or other bad things. No issues with buying power not up to date. Decent locate invetory for shorting HTB stocks, and pretty low locate fees. Full premarket/after hours trading. Best european broker for me for sure.
The customer service is top notch, they responds almost immediately and are always able to support with any questions.

Fast executions, robust and very adjustable platform, fast support
Been using Alaric and their platform Hammer for around 3 years now. I'm a swedish retail momentum scalp-trader (US-stock market). The executions are superfast and there´s settings of how you want to route your buy orders: SMART, NSDQ, ARCA etc (I use SMART and NSDQ). The platform is great since it's super-adjustable: for example you can size up all the numbers in Lev2 and mark block-orders more clearly on Bid and Ask for bigger seller/buyers which is very useful. You can also create hotkeys for like everything you want really, it's quite massive the platform.
Costs: very affordable, I think the plattform fee is only 35-50EUR/month around, and the commissions per execution is very low as well. I can't say anything about leverage though, I don't use it, but they have x6 leverage apparently.
You need min 1000eur to get started though and in premarket times: 4:00-9:29AM EST you can only trade with 1/3 of your balance. That's the only bit negative about it. But I've been only trading premarket and I'm also glad they have this safety-system for not blow your whole account-balance in premarket when there's no halts that protect us.
Support: fast answering back when mailing them and very direct professional help from them, perfect.
In all: this is a great platform and broker if you live in Europe and looking for fast executions, adjustable and robust platform, but also affordable costs.

Hammer Pro er uundværlig for min trading
Efter at have handlet på forskellige platforme gennem de sidste 8 år, kan jeg roligt sige at Alaric Securities' Hammer Pro er i en klasse for sig selv. Ordreudførelsen er lynhurtig, selv under ekstrem volatilitet, og de avancerede chartværktøjer giver mig præcis den tekniske analyse, jeg har brug for. Jeg er især imponeret over deres scannerteknologi, der har hjulpet mig med at identificere handelsmuligheder, jeg ellers ville have overset. Kundeservice taler endda dansk, hvilket har været en behagelig overraskelse. Alaric Securities broker en Europa
Como trader no profesional en Europa, Alaric Securities me ha servido como plataforma para ser rentable (2021-2022). He podido progresar como trader y una de las razones son las bajas comisiones, lo que me permite concentrarme en la operativa. En otros brokers, con comisiones más altas, tuve que aumentar la cantidad de acciones para ser rentable y esto afectaba a la operativa. Con Alaric se pueden comprar menos de 100 acciones (Odd Lot).
Actualmente los costos que tengo son la plataforma Sterling Trader Pro, las comisiones por operaciones, el interés de margen diario, y en menor medida, datos de mercado, el interés posiciones en corto, transferencias.
Recomendado para day trading y swing trading, con cuentas de margen y apalancamiento. Acciones USA y ETF´s. Se puede hacer scalping o momentum trading con una buena conexión de bajo ping.
Como alternativa a Sterling Trader Pro, tienen la plataforma Hammer, mucho más económica (30€ vs 165€) y completa.
Solo utilizo el servicio de atención al cliente por correo electrónico, por ejemplo para establecer límites en la cuenta y cuando abrí la cuenta para ajustar los parámetros de Sterling Trader Pro. Siempre he hecho la asistencia por correo electrónico y no he tenido ningún problema.
