Ordering is easy! Love the deals I get in my email. Product arrives fast! It is the only Collagen I have found that has Five Collagens AND joint support complex. It's the whole package! Best of the Best! No side effects (like bloating) and no nasty taste (I buy unflavored).

The customer service is beyond stellar! There was a problem shipping my order. Alaya said the shipper had it. The shipper did not register the package. NO WORRIES Alaya made it right and immediately sent the product to me. And added one more! I love the Alaya Multi Collagen product. And they stand behind their process. Highly recommend them!
And the product is excellent. Been using it for several months. My hair nails and skin are showing the results. I take it every day.

Customer service the best . I had a problem of them billing me twice after receiving my confirmation invoice by email. I sent them a email, within 30 mins .I got a refund.
It was probably a clitch, because I had ordered 1 container. Thank you for responding so quickly. Alaya, your customer service are on top of their stuff. Thank you again!!!

I wish your website had more information like the ounces actually put into the small large version of your collagen. I have to email you and try to get an answer. You don’t even have a one 800 number to call. I’m tired of companies not really caring about Customer Service anymore because you don’t put enough information on the website. I can’t even be my own Customer Service.
