It was easy to do but I found out after I purchased it to the site I was on I went to the other side and it was a cheaper amount for the product I was not happy about that and I could not contact them because there's no phone number to get a hold of them so I will make sure that I will check the ads on that site before I purchase again

I find putting one scoop of the powder in cup of coffee in morning I’m not hungry until lunch. I find I don’t curve sweets at all.
