The service was fast and efficient. I dont want to wait 2 months for a sofa to be delivered. Some well known brands could not provide a delivery date. Albany Park provided a delivery date with the order. I was able to schedule the delivery which was very convenient.

Good website, good customer service.

I have been very impressed by your dedication to your product & your willingness to work with your clients to solve problems. Delivery of the first sectional I purchased was very slow & longer than the window of time you quoted. Other than that I would give you 5+ stars!

The fabric color was not true to photo on website, and the cushions get lumpy, so I’m not very happy. The thought of having to rebox and mail this couch back was too overwhelming, so I’m living with it for now. If nothing else, I wish I could replace cushions with memory form cushion.

While we like the product, the issue was shipping and delivery. The delivery company failed to deliver 3x before successfully making the delivery due to "lack of parking" or a loading zone. We live in a downtown building on a narrow and busy one-way street with no loading zone and only street parking available (that we cannot reserve). We told them about the situation at our building beforehand and was told they would be prepared. We also reiterated this information after each failed attempt. However, that information did not seem to end up being dispersed to the team making the delivery. I had several calls with both Albany Park and the delivery service (who were not seemingly talking to each other even though the reps on both sides said they would). Each time I was assured it would be rectified by both parties and delivery would not be an issue... only to have the same situation transpire. It took 3 weeks longer to get it delivered than the inital delivery date and many hours of our time on calls, prepping the space before each attempt, and taking the time out of our schedules to be home for the delivery. The issue was only finally rectified after I threatened to cancel the order altogether. To note, we recently had additional furniture delivered from a more local furniture company. They were able to deliver on the first attempt without issue under the same conditions, so Albany Park needs to fix this with their delivery partners. For this reason, I would not recommend Albany Park or Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery.

Amazing sofa! We have two cats and there are no scratch marks at all. Every stain wipes up very easily too. I was worried it wouldn't be fluffy enough but it's been great. It's been 6 months and I highly recommend this

The couch is beautiful and stable. I love that the covers are waterproof. However, both the box and pillow back cushions do not provide enough support for the back. The seat cushions are great though. I wish the back cushions had a little support without being overly firm.

We love it! It's very comfortable and although it's pretty huge, it worked out with our space. I am still trying to decide what kind of throw pillows would go great with our couch....Nothing has stood out to us (ME) just yet lol! I will say the price is pretty hefty (we did get it on sale), but I will also say it's worth it...the quality of the Kova Pillow Cushion (We got the L-Shape + Ottoman) is unmatched. We were looking for a couch that is comfortable as our last couch was....We went to plenty of furniture stores, but nothing compared to Albany Park Kova Pillow Cushion and it's crazy because we never experienced Albany Park prior to it arriving at our house, which by the way, the delivery was top tier as well. I think the only issue (not really an issue and very minor) I would say is that the color is not as rich as I would like it to be, but it was not a deal breaker, apparently LOL! So all in all, we were very pleased that they exceeded our expectations and my advice for anyone reading this review and are looking for quality, comfort, style, great customer service and not afraid to dish out some coins is to just stop looking and BUY from Albany Park already. We received our couch in December of 2025 and look forward to many years of enjoying it.

LOVE my couch! So glad I went with Albany Park - the furniture is good quality and easy to clean. I love that I can rearrange the pieces in multiple ways - giving me flexibility to change my space without purchasing new furniture.

Love our sectional! The company was efficient and quick to deliver, unlike other furniture stores, which often have delivery delays. I wish the sectional kova box cushions themselves were a little stiffer (fuller), like the pictures online, but overall, we enjoy it very much. Thanks, Albany!

The couch is beautiful, but not particularly comfortable or well made. After two months, the side panel seems to be coming away from the base. I can’t tell if it’s a manufacturer error or an assembly error, but we paid for the white glove service to have it assembled. I’ve been communicating with customer service for a month to try to get it repaired. They are friendly, but unable to complete the task of scheduling a repair. They have been sending emails to me with a third party email attached by accident. It’s very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Super easy and quick to order

We were informed every step of the way about the status of our couch, the delivery and the set up. The men who set our couch up were personable and thorough. The couch is marvelous in all ways - the color, the comfort,and ease of cleaning (we have 3 cats).

Or Lido sofa traveled across the country to out home. It was well packed, easy to assemble and unblemished. We have had 6 mos to enjoy it so far and No Regrets!

We had free white glove delivery and they set it up for us super quick. I also love how we can rearrange however we want and the couch itself is so comfortable—I have to stop myself from falling asleep on it every night!

The company delivered and set it all up, removed packaging and took all of the trash with them. The comfort and color is everything I hoped for. I chose the rust color and just love it. It is velvety soft and great for naps too. Best of all I got it on sale on Black Friday!

I love the sofa, with small exception. The cushions slide easily and constantly are off centered. I’ve even tried Velcro, but the Velcro won’t stick. If you have another suggestion, I would love to hear it. Thank you so much!

We absolutely LOVE our Albany Park Kova sofas. We bought one for our main living room and were so pleased with it that when we added a second family room in our basement a year later, we bought a second Kova sofa for that room as well. The Kova sofa is so comfortable, easy to clean, and looks so inviting and cozy. They have so many amazing color options too. We could not be happier with our sofas. Thanks Albany Park for such a great product and great service!

I love everything about my future it was one of the best investments on buying furniture, I love that you can wipe off the couches so easy and the comfort of these couches are everything.
