i was pleased with the product BUT not the method of delivery . i expect electrical items to be delivered to the house ,not left in the garden amongst vegetation In spite of being in a plastic cover the cardboard box was wet not good I wouldn't have found it if its position has not be photographed for which i do thank van driver but this does not excuse him delivering item to house where waterproof access was available

Terrible Company
Terrible Company – Do Not Recommend!
This company does not take its customers seriously. I placed an order, and for 20 days, they kept telling me it was on the way. Then, they suddenly claimed they had attempted delivery but that no one was home. However, I have security cameras at my entrance, and there was no delivery attempt at all.
This is completely unacceptable. A terrible company with no respect for its customers. I would never recommend them!

Ordered diary insert for filofax, delivered whilst i was on holiday. Inserts not size of standard filofax so requested return/refund to be told non returnable.
