I ordered a recalibration. The breathalyser was returned in good time. But it was also upgraded to the most resent version of that model. Very pleased.

Easy to follow the online instructions. Followed by being kept up to date with the prompt service of my kit.

The product is easy to use and provides great reassurance, even if you have only consumed a small amount of alcohol the previous evening.
The annual calibration check is very efficiently carried out by the Alcosense team and barely takes a week from placing the order and sending the device, to its return by registered mail. 5/5 on all counts!

Great service. Truthfully I didn’t realise it would take 2 weeks from start to finish that’s the only downfall. Maybe should pay for express next time .

I recently upgraded from an Elite 3 to an Excel.
The Elite was good but the Excel is superb. Easy / quick to use and can be updated via the internet.
It may seem expensive but it`s a very cheap driving licence. Worth every penny

Bought my unit a few years ago calibration was required and it was quick and essy to do !

Bought an Alcosense Pro about 3 years ago. Cost about £150. But, losing your licence would cost a lot more. Use it all the time the morning after to make sure I am fit to drive. The Pro gives a reading and how long until sober indication. Costs around £30 to have it calibrated every 12 months. Really easy process. Worth every penny.

Was fine to have software updated and item calibrated - I mistakenly sent the box with it but that wasn’t needed - I commented and they’ve now sent me another one which is excellent service
