DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes to find that they did not fit. The only thing they offered to do is send another pair that would actually fit or receive store credit. I want a refund! I don’t want anything else the store has to offer.

This company is beyond fake and from China. The shoes purchased are nothing compared to the garbage I received. And they don’t respond to any emails regarding returns or refunds. Biggest scam !!!

The Brenton Sandals my husband received from Alden Archer were not as described in the advertisement, they were PLASTIC poor quality. AND, we were 20% of the original price and then subsequently offered 40% of the original price. The company was aware it would cost more than price of the shoe to return to them in China. They have left a bad taste in our mouth towards buying from china.

This is a some friendly advice not to ever order anything from this company. My shoes arrived. Three sizes too big and made of plastic and cost me $100. When I tried to get a refund they ghosted me. My bank is currently filing a claim on them.

DO NOT BUY!! Well I wish I had done my research before buying. Found what I thought was the perfect pair of shoes for a wedding, but what was sent looks like a cheap knock off. They also sent the wrong size. Reading the past reviews here, I guess I won’t be getting my money back.

DO NOT BUY.
They falsely advertise the item and what you get is the temu version of what is shown online.
Red flags:
The "US warehouse" is a house address. (Look it up on Google)
No review option to leave for the items.
No phone number to call.
Only email to take care of all problems which is the same support email for all.
The social media accounts all lead to Shopify.

I lost $150 thanks to this scam website.

SCAM! I bought two pairs of $90 fringe denim jeans that looked great on the photos. What I received was two pairs of polyester Temu pants that I could buy for $10 at the flea market. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALDEN AND ARCHER! I sent in a request for a refund but looking at the other two reviews. It looks like I probably won’t get one. So I lost almost $200.

I placed an order for a steam hair straightener. I received a model that does not include the steam functionality. They shipped the wrong item.
When I brought this to their attention (they only have email, no phone, and only answer on weekends, so this was very drawn out) they offered a 10% refund. They say they ship UPS, but did not, and would not offer a return shipping label. They upped the refund offer to 20%.
It was only after I pushed for them to send the correct item at no charge as this was their error that they offered a 30% refund. That was the best I could do. The alternative was for me to pay to return this item to China at MY expense. So, I paid 70% for an item I have no use for. DO NOT recommend this company.

I purchased a coat from this website & it LOOKS nothing like the photo SO I asked for a FREE RETURN as stated in their website, they emailed me saying they do not DO returns & I wouldn’t be receiving a refund.. i was SHOCKED??? They are a scam, they use Pinterest to promote their store. They will not refund you OR help with a return- let alone a FREE return, they STOP replying & do not care about stealing from their customers.

This must be a Shopify store with a person who couldn’t care less about the quality & customer service.

ALSO THEY PURPOSELY TOOK OFF THIER WEBSITE REVIEW OPTION… DO not buy from this online store. I lost $90 :(
