It's a company like to scam. People
I bought a sweater and they se d me the wrong size they told me that's how they label their clothes and they won't refund my money till I pay for shipping after they receive the items they will inspect then they see if they refund my money the cost of shipping more than the items scam

This company is a scam. The items they sell are complete junk and look nothing like what is advertised on the website. When you initiate a return they will have you ship it to a random location in the UK where the shipping costs are more than the item. Also, you can't contest it with your credit card because they list a "return policy" on their site the credit card will not allow you to dispute the purchase.

The website has finds that most clothing stores don't have.

I ordered two sweaters, size L (large). I received two sweaters 2XL (much too large for me). I requested authorization forms to return the items and exchange them for the correct size. Instead, I was offered to have two sweaters shipped to me in the requested size, but I would have to pay shipping fees. I feel this was grossly deceptive and unfair. I should not have to pay an additional fee, since it was not my fault that the wrong size items were shipped. I feel the items should be replaced and the seller should bear any costs associated with their error. I have lost over a hundred dollars for items I cannot use.

This is a scam company. My order is not the right size and these jerks want me to send the item to United kingdom and pay for it

I have been trying to contact them about exchanging a leather jacket for a larger size but no one has responded to my 7 emails in two weeks. There is no phone number and they "claim" they will reply within 48 hours.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 sweaters for my grandson for Christmas. They sent the wrong sizes. I contacted them about this and we agreed on a partial refund. Now I was stuck with 2 sweaters wrong sizes. I gave one sweater to my grandson that looked like it would fit him! He texted me today that his sweater fell apart! I contacted them today and they said sorry but there really wasn’t anything they could do about it because I accepted a partial refund! Poor business, poor quality of clothing! In my books they should shut this store!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY HAVE ADULT SIZE PEOPLE MODELING THEIR CLOTHING, BUT THE CLOTHING YOU RECEIVE WILL ONLY FIT A SMALL CHILD. I WEAR SIZE XL BUT ORDERED 2XL TO BE SAFE. MY 12 YR OLD SON COULDN'T FIT ANYTHING. I SENT THEM 3 EMAILS TO START THE RETURN PROCESS, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. A TOTAL SCAM. I PLAN TO MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO HAVE THIS BUSINESS\WEBSITE BLACKLISTED. IF YOU DON'T TAKE MY WORDS SERIOUSLY, GOOGLE THE BUSINESS NAME FOR REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS. SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE DONE BEFORE SPENDING ALMOST $300 ON CLOTHING AND SHOES THAT DO NOT FIT, EVEN WITH THE SIZE CHART, WHICH IS TOTALLY INACCURATE.

This is the BIGGEST SCAM ever! The clothes are made with poor material and the sizes are too small no matter what size you order. The stitching is off and everything is poorly sewn. They refuse to refund anyone and you cannot get tracking details because the return address is not a business listing.
