Absolutely a scam i spent $200 and 2/3 items came and they were not as pictured all super cheap flimsy material, i frequently shop on SHEIN and ive never even bought anything so poorly made in my life from there. Customer service is a joke you’ll pay $26 to send it back and all shipping costs to send to Netherlands only for them not to refund you. All their pictures of clothing is fake and stolen from legit websites

Just received a dress I ordered from alegathelabel.com. They are not clear when disclosing where the clothes come from and days after ordering the carrier showed it came from China. I paid 59.99 for a cheap quality dress way off with sizing more like Asian size, that someone “drop shipped”so sloppy out of a second country into the US. Other brands in the US have already started to sell the same dress at a better price and quality and with better return policy. Not to mention now the same dress is half the price out of the blue. Not only you lose money on an overpriced cheap product but also can’t return it at all without losing most of what you paid for the items on shipping cost+ an unreasonable company fee.

Absolutely love my dress very beautiful got it my friends wedding. Only downside was that the delivery took 2 weeks. Luckily I ordered in advance.

I ordered a dress for my friend’s wedding and honestly it was really pretty in person. Fit was nice and looked great in photos. Shipping did take about two weeks which was a bit longer than expected, but I ordered ahead so it worked out fine

absolutely terrible quality and the customer service is even more horrendous when you try to contact them or return something. A $65 dress is something that you would pay three bucks on Shein. Contacted customer service a half a dozen times and now they tell me to send it back to the Netherlands from the US for a $21 fee +6 dollars per item. All while not even providing an address to send it to.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of contact on shipping. Initially after the order they said they needed my number so I provided it. A week later when checking shipping they hadn’t updated it so I followed up and they asked for my number (again!). Now 4 days out from an event which I had bought the dress for specifically with what I thought was enough time. Very disappointing.

I order a dress 10 days ago and still hasn’t shipped. I try to email the company and the email will not going through. Terrible service.

The shipping too longer than described on the website. I think they are dropping shipping from China. I spent $60 on a Shein quality dress that is see through and is probably worth $15. I would not order from them if I were you
