I am also an investor in Complex 7. At this point, the situation raises serious concerns: obligations to investors are not being fulfilled, and there is a lack of transparency. For this reason, I have already filed a police report regarding suspected fraud. I strongly recommend exercising maximum caution when dealing with this company.

I invested in the Alex Villas project in 2023.

The completion deadline for Complex 7 (Laguna) has been postponed multiple times. The delivery date is now more than seven months overdue, and construction currently appears to be halted. There is still no confirmed completion date.

I have repeatedly requested clarification regarding the status of the project and the use of investor funds, but I have not received clear answers. Contractual penalties that should apply due to the delay have not been paid to me.

Communication from the company has been extremely limited despite the significant delay and the amount of funds already invested.

Former employees of the company have also made statements raising serious concerns about the financial structure of the project. Some of them have alleged that the business may have operated in a manner similar to a pyramid-style financing model, where funds from new investors are used to support earlier obligations. These claims have not been clarified by the company.

Because the contractual deadlines have passed and the situation remains unresolved, I have filed a report with the Bali police so that the circumstances surrounding the project and the handling of investor funds can be reviewed by the authorities.

According to the terms of my contract, I will soon have the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally and request the return of my funds.

At this stage, due to the missed deadlines and the lack of resolution, I no longer consider myself an investor in an ongoing project but rather a creditor seeking the return of my investment.

Two years ago, I bought an apartment in Complex 6 from Alex Villas in Bali.

According to the contract, they were supposed to hand over the property in November 2024. The contract also stated that they must pay a penalty fee if the property is not completed by the end of December 2024.

Despite the fact that the property is still in an unfinished state, Alex Villas is falsely claiming that it is completed because they have a document that supposedly proves it. However, the live webcam available on their website clearly shows that there are no doors or windows yet. It is also visible on the webcam that I would be lucky if the property is finished by August.

I have contacted them multiple times in writing, but they treat me as if I were an idiot. They refuse to pay the penalty. One time, they claim that the property is already finished, and the next time, they blame the delay on excessive rain since November. But the deadline was November! Of course, during the rainy season, it rains—a shocking revelation, right?

They do not keep their verbal promises, nor do they honor the contract.

I have reached out to several lawyers in Bali online. One of them told me that several people have already contacted him about being scammed by Alex Villas, which, of course, doesn’t help my situation. At this point, I have neither the property nor my money. And of course, they had promised that the investment would pay off in less than five years...

One thing is for sure: I will never buy anything from Alex Villas again. They treat investors like fools.

1. A.villas - is closed since January 2024. we dont work on this project any more. We can not help you in your case now.
2. ⁠you need to contact developer and get answers from them. They responsible for construction
3. ⁠you have contract that you sign whith developer. If they don’t wont meet commitments - you can resolve issues legally
