Alfaparcel Avaliações

During the period of sanctions and restrictions, I came across Alfaparcel, which helps with the purchase of goods from the UK. For a year now, they have been helping me get rare items and deliver them to Russia. They do their job very well, except that I would like a smaller commission.

I have been working with this company for many years. Sent over 200 parcels from the UK to Russia and Belarus. Everything has been delivered successfully. Problems that arise are quickly resolved, quick and friendly communication. I recommend to all!

The only service I use to mailforward stuff from Europe. Pretty decent rates, great packaging, fast and reliable delivery and multiple payment option. Really appreciate the "Freeship" option. They can also check your gadgets or what have you (which is a must for me)

Learned about the service on the Internet. I'm building a collection of marval movie figurines and they can only be bought on ebay now. Accordingly, a service was needed that could redeem them for me. There were no trust, but they dissipated after the first order. Everything went great! I ordered a lot on ebay, they bought everything, they came to the warehouse, arranged for delivery, by the way, a very reasonable price. Everything came whole and well packaged. I recommend this service to everyone!

I highly recommend this service. fast delivery, inexpensive shipment, no need to enter the track number of the parcels. in March, my parcel arrived in two weeks to me. I've been using this service for over a year now and I'm completely satisfied.

I had a successful experience of buying goods from the UK through Alphaparcel during the sanctions. However, some have noted that the company's services are expensive and that they have had problems with customer service. Overall, Alphaparcel seems to have both satisfied and dissatisfied customers. But I am satisfied with all of them.

I was looking for a reliable intermediary back in 2016. I settled on AlfaParcel and from that moment on I did not leave it! They cope with the work by 99%, 1% of force majeure is still present, but the company solves everything quickly for 5+! The company fully justified the trust and expectations! Very satisfied! I advise!

I have been using this company since 2013, sent more than 40 parcels. Very pleased with the quality of service, stability and moderate pricing policy. It is very convenient to buy goods from England. Packaging and logistics are super! Support is always in touch and always answer all my questions! I am very glad that there are several logistic schemes of deliveries to choose from.

I'm a physical media collector (DVDs, BDs, UHD, CD discs, etc) since 1998, and cannot imagine how I'd have been able to buy half the stuff without the help of Alfaparcel's forwarding service! Been using them for more than 11 years, and their packaging is still the best, everything comes thoroughly covered in bubble wrap, an 'Ace Ventura' couldn't destroy the box during delivery, and some tried!

I have been using the Alfaparcel service for several years. I can say that they do their job well, without delays and delays. Usually I ordered large parcels weighing up to 20 kg. Although this is a general cargo, they were packed in good faith. There was no damage on their end.

Very good shop with nice customer service, and free ship on purchases above 200 pounds. Also, you can change your order if somethings gone wrong (ussually it because some shops delays restock, but you tired for waiting till restock, and you can write a ticket, to change some positions from your order)
And also not least, good option for splitting your orders./

20 hassle-free deliveries for last year. Love them for extra services like photos and help with returning. Their packaging is really on top! Client service answer your tickets within 24 hours and usually solve your question. And they always informs you when their service overload and they need extra time to sort your package out.

Hello, dear friends! This is my short review about the intermediary Alfaparcel.
I used the service for the redemption of the parcel with VAT. Delivery in my case was selected. Which is pretty cool, in my opinion. The purchase amount is 300 gbr and the weight is about 9 kg. They redeem very quickly, and also, if necessary, you can arrange an urgent redemption service. The only annoying moment. I placed an order with an urgent purchase and the order was withdrawn by the store. In the end, the ransom money was withheld from me, a little insulting. But this is a risk. The support team quickly responds to requests, if any, within approximately one business day.
The pound exchange rate is good, it is easy and simple to replenish the balance through a qiwi wallet. Exactly three weeks after placing the order, I received the package.
In general, this is a very convenient service that helps to buy goods from European stores. Thanks for the help!

I am a client of the company for more than a year. I started by leaving requests for the purchase of the goods I was interested in to a virtual address and then sending them to me. What pleased me, there is no commission for this service, everything is free. Later, after making sure that the company fulfills its obligations perfectly, I started ordering parcels to their address on my own. In total, I received 10+ parcels.
I still use the company's services and I can safely recommend it to you.
