We stayed for several months due to the covid shutdown. Algarve retreats was very considerate and the apartment was great. Clean, very bright and airy. Even under the circumstances we enjoyed ourselves very much. One small consideration was 2 single beds where a double or queen size would have been appreciated

For the entire time that we have known and dealt with the offices of Algarve Retreats, we have been treated with honesty and fairness. These people have been diligent in their attention to matters of concern in moments when we needed their guidance. Tracey and Adrian, or their office manager, Paula, were sure to get back to us in a very timely fashion on even the slightest issue.
I recommend these exceptional people on their ability to juggle everyone’s needs with grace and humour, despite their demanding schedule. Their example in this field has been faultless, and frankly, unmatched.

We own a property in Lagos Marina Portugal and Algarve Retreats has been managing this property for us from our purchase 3 1/2 years ago. We also purchased the property through them and we were given advise, support and guidance from day one. We had no idea about the laws in Portugal relating to buying, nor any idea about the processes involved. With their help, the purchase went smoothly and without any glitches, hence why we chose to use them to manage our rentals.
We have always found Tracey and Adrian to be very approachable, helpful and informative. We never need to worry about anything relating to the property itself nor it’s upkeep. They always keep us updated with anything necessary and this enables us to take a back seat. This is important to us as we live in the UK and need to have peace of mind that our investment is in good hands. They also market the property and we are very please with the level of rental return achieved.

Great customer service experience. We had an apartment booked for June 2020 however, due to the Covid-19 outbreak our holiday has had to be postponed. Algarve retreats were very accommodating and understanding regarding this. We were able to move our booking including the deposit to a future date with no fees completely hassle free. This is the kind of service and understanding holiday makers need in these uncertain times. THANK YOU!
