Wonderful scents.

I bought Al Haramain Detour Noir. Fast delivery and in good condition. The scent has an awesome smell, great feeling when apply, unfortunately less power and no projection on my skin, after 2 hours I barely smell something on my skin. I don't know how PDM Layton is smell but for the money that you have to pay, it worth every penny.

Brilliant scents at affordable prices!

The case came broken which had the oil inside which was disappointing. Also the bottle holding the oil looks like its got condensation?. The oil itself is nothing special its like any other low priced oud I'm not sure why the price tag is this high at 65 pounds. The oil does not last long either fades away after hour or so. Overall I would not recommend it.

Recently, I placed 2 orders with the company however I missed out a charcoal I wanted in the second order, so I had emailed in and I was pleasantly surprised that honestly within 5 minutes of sending the email I was called by a rep “Aleem” who sorted out my problem over the phone, sent an email in response and was very nice to talk to. Lovely experience, just wanted to do something to show my gratitude for the quick, brilliant customer service and support!

Usually I am happy and I regularly shop with the brand, however, this time the packaging was sloppy and when I made my order I requested testers for the new Oud fragrances and it was disregarded. I also sent an email about this in the past. You loose as if I would had tried them probably I would have purchased some. The big bottle that i got of 120 ml also does not last like the other ones. And I got a small bottle for re-fill but no instructions on how to do it. It was better service before…
