I think the main thing with me was how speedy the shipping was, I can be a little inpatient especially when it comes to hair, I literally received my wig in like 4 days, the process was seamless and the way they communicate with their customers makes it even better, I definitely see many more orders in my future. The wig I received was supposed to be a 20 inch. It looks looks like a 14 inch. The lace feels hard. It fits like a baseball cap. It doesn't feel natural. I asked them for a refund I got no response. I want to send this wig back. I want be ordering anything else from this company. I saw the wig advertised on TikTok . It looks horrible. Please don't order from them. You will be very very disappointed. I feel I lost my money. I don't want anyone else to end up like me. OQ hair has the best wigs. Order from them. You want be disappointed.
