Alislam Travels UK

Alhamdoulillahi the company show the right path and facilitate the journey of Muslim brothers and sisters to Mecca, may Allah bless you , I sincerely greet my brother Adan, who was a very kind, understanding, honest and very adorable character in his explanations.

Amazing customer service, very patient and understandable. Customised our package to our needs. It was our first time booking an Umrah package and the person we dealt with Adan was helpful and understanding. Kept clear transparency and updated us with new deals and offer.

Naila was so keen and helpful the moment I asked for help looking for the best package. Although I haven’t made up my mind with the deal, but I’ll definitely get back when I come to a decision. Thank you so much for the great customer service Naila.

Was interested in a umrah packages and they offered really good prices alot of time and dates and we found one perfect. Although unfortunately we arent able to take it due to unforceen circumstances, the customer service in finding and offers was 5star.

Thanks so much and look forward to booking in the future

I found Fiza to be one of the most helpful people I have ever interacted with. She was exceptionally polite and displayed outstanding manners throughout our conversations. She assisted me in every possible way, always with patience and a friendly attitude. Her quick responses made the experience even smoother. Without a doubt, she is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of chatting with.

I have great experience to speak with Dawood .He is very polite and humble. He explained my enquiry about Umrah nicely and give me very good quote. Thank you

Recently, I have been looking for Umrah packages from UK and i came into contact with Fizza from Alislam Travels UK. She was very helpful and professional and gave me various possible options to explore and decide. She was also very much responsive and answered to my questions patiently and professionally. I had amazing customer experience so far and I am looking forward to get best experience when performing umrah. Thank you so much Fizza.

My mum booked tickets with this travel agency, she then gave them an entire weeks notice to extend the ticket date to the week after due to personal problems. Both my mum and Hamza agreed on a price, and the agent was going call my mum back to confirm her booking, which they didn’t bother to do so. My mum tried calling and speaking to Hamza several times as the flight date was drawing closer, and Hamza hadn’t still called back, also he was avoiding answering her calls, or even returning her calls or to the numerous messages she had left with his colleges. Finally a colleague of his called back as Hamza didn’t want to honour the price he had agreed to, and nor did his colleague care to honour it and was being manipulative, eventually we ended up paying more than agreed as it was a day before the flight, even though it was the companies fault for making us wait and run around. We also requested the agent to book a wheelchair for her as my mum has difficulty in walking, the agent confirmed he had booked it. My mum reached the airport On Monday and there was no wheelchair, as it hadn’t been booked sadly. My mum had a very difficult time due to this, and the workers at the airport confirmed that no wheelchair was booked by the travel agency, even though I spoke to Al-Islam travel agency myself and requested the wheelchair more than once to make sure they booked it as she has problems walking.
Never booking with this company again, what a nightmare. Change your company name, as you’re giving Islam a bad name with your lies and deception.

Update:
Seriously I didn’t expect Al-Islaam travels to stoop so low and lie in their reply.
I’m happy to provide the call list of the numerous calls made to Al-Islaam.
Seriously, are you all that shallow that you’re willing to lie to wriggle out of this. This actually shows that you all don’t fear Allaah, and that you’re willing to lie and mislead people for the sake of making money.
Well if you investigated then it clearly shows your investigation skills must be very poor. To be fair many so called Muslims today sadly have no self respect to admit their errors and mistakes.
Also if this was a false review, then Al-Islaam travels could have easily, reported this review to trust pilot and reported it as fake, which they haven’t as they know this is true.
I swear by Allaah this is true and this is what happened, if al-Islaam continue to lie, I’m going to report your travel agency further. First I wasn’t going to do it, but since you are willing to stoop so low and lie, for the benefit of the Muslims I believe it needs to be done.

I m really happy with service. I got good deals.
And all bookings was amazing thank you fiza.

Received great assistance from Sarfraz who regularly contacted me to ensure that everything is ok

I had an excellent experience with Asad Malik. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He handled my request quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciate his clear explanations and patience. I would highly recommend his service to others and will happily return in the future.

Excellent customer service
By savan great prices very helpful
Great experience well recommended

I found Asad the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He was very polite in dealing with me and also had incredible manners in the way he conducted himself.
He assisted me in every way possible.
Found dates which were more suitable for me and also a package was well within my budget. If anyone wants to go to Umrah I recommend you contact Asad at Al Islam Travels and you won’t be disappointed.

Just wanted to place a review for future customers thinking of using this agency for your umrah/Haij.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a gentleman called savant from Alislam travels, who claimed he was based in Manchester, but dodged my question to where he was located at least 3 times , that when he finally said Manchester I found it hard to believe.
I was very close to booking my umrah with this company, even paid a unrefundable £50 fee.
Very pushy salesman, once you express interest they hound you via Watsapp to pay for the package.
Beware.

Your response is misleading and leaves out key facts. I have clear, documented proof that:
My package was changed without my consent, with prices altered after my deposit was paid.
Your own messages confirm the service fee was £5 per person — yet I was later told £200.
I was given fake ticket reservations, and now your agent cannot even confirm what package was originally offered.
I was pressured to remove my review in exchange for a possible refund.
I have screenshots, invoices, and full chat records for every claim. My review is not baseless — it is supported by hard evidence. Instead of dismissing my concerns, you should be addressing the serious misconduct by your agent.

Excellent customer service by Assad Malik. Assad is very dedicated to his role and provided me with lots of different options for Umrah.
