Faultless service, great price.
Bought through Rackhams for the first time. Alisonsbiciclette's descriptions and images were perfectly accurate so i was sure it was the right product for the repair i needed. The part arrived swiftly,in good packaging and the price was comparable to any i found online. Faultless service.

Buy this if you like a cooling effect - not for me!
The parcel arrived in good time and was what I ordered. I was a bit disappointed that my research on the ingredients on the womens chamois cream didn't reveal that there is a cooling effect - which I don't like. Is there menthol in it? It doens't show on the tub, but I might not buy this again - sorry!
