Je me connecte sur le site d'aliexpress mais je ne vois plus ma commande dessus, malgré le fait que l'argent ait été prélevé, heureusement petite somme. J'ai payé par Paypal et demandé l'envoi à un point-relais vu que ça le propose maintenant, mais du coup je me demande si ça va arriver vu que rien d'indiqué sur le site. Déjà que j'avais eu un colis aliexpress, cher lui, volé carrément dans ma boîte aux lettres l'an dernier, si là je n'ai rien, je boycotte ce site définitivement.

J'ai acheté un autoradio d'une valeur de 691 € sur Ali Express. À la réception du colis, je me suis aperçu qu'il ne correspondait pas à la commande et qu'il n'était pas compatible avec ma BMW. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui s'est excusé et m'a offert 133 € en compensation, car le produit envoyé était beaucoup moins cher que celui commandé. J'ai accepté, mais moins d'un an après, ce produit est devenu inutilisable. Des rayures sont apparues sur l'écran, rendant la visibilité très mauvaise.

J'ai envoyé des photos au vendeur, mais il m'a bloqué. J'ai contacté AliExpress et ils m'ont dit que j'avais été remboursé. Ils se moquent de moi. Voici les références des dossiers AliExpress : 1143802564382429 et 20538025532416226. J'abandonne. J'ai contacté le service après-vente vingt fois, mais apparemment, ils ne comprennent pas ou font semblant, et on tourne en rond.

Ma question est la suivante : les produits ne sont-ils pas garantis deux ans comme en Europe ? La réponse d'AliExpress est que j'ai été dédommagé, mais ont-ils vraiment suivi le dossier ou font-ils semblant..."

En cas de renvoi de marchandise, c'est l'enfer, avec des interlocuteurs d'une mauvaise foi évidente (le vendeur prétend qu'il n'a pas reçu le retour de marchandise; puis, une fois que la preuve de livraison lui est présentée, prétend que le système bloque le remboursement. Quant à la plateforme Alixpress, elle se contente de perdre le client en réponses inutiles, allant jusqu'à des promesses de remboursement qui ne sont jamais honorées).
La pire expérience de e-commerce de ma vie! Mieux vaux dépenser quelques euros de plus, d'autant que la description des articles est parfois trompeuse.

I want to share my last experience whit this unreliable firm. The product was good and the seller as well. But the one whom I bought vacuum cleaners Baseus A3 from, was a liar seller, untrustful so he didn't send the cleaners and closed the store and fled away. So, since there was no need to these filters which I bought from this seller, I wanted refunding but the seller of these filters asked me to send the items back for refunding. I told him that returning shipment fee and tax already cost more than 20$. So, it's unlogic to send them back to get 20$. But he refused refunding and I opened dispute. But the idiot AliExpress dispute team insisted on not understanding me and they claimed that I opened the dispute because the product was defective and they asked me evident. I said to them that the reason for dispute is that I don't need them anymore since your liar previous seller didn't send me their cleaners. But they insisted not understanding and acting like fools. So, they closed the dispute. Consequently, never ever trust AliExpress. and think twice while shopping here. AliExpress is not reliable anymore.

Mega dårligt produkt. Havde købt en gel Electric toy gun til min søn, da vi åbnede kassen så manglede der en batteri til den. Den kostede 500 kr.. dårligt

In general a confusing communication throughout the orders and shipping. I thought I had paid and would receive my purchase within 7 days, but then after a month, with no product and a tracking number that doesn't work, I suddenly receive an email with the subject: "Your order xxxx... has arrived. Tell us how it went." and inside the mail, it says "Time's up to confirm your order!". That seems weird. I should not have to confirm my order, I already paid. The email furthermore says "If you still haven't received the item or you've received it but are unhappy, you still have 15 days to submit a dispute request. We're here to help!". Confusing communication in a single email.

I still haven't received my product, so ended up writing to them about what was going on and if they could give me some info. Now the order has been refunded.
It all seems to shady and not transparent, so I'm not shopping at Alixpress anymore. I don't trust the site.

Ne plus commander sur ce site devenu escroc notoire depuis 2021 où le parti "chine-toc" a emprisonné son patron Jack Ma. Plus de garantie acheteur ni de service client, seulement un robot bidon.
Après plusieurs litiges à nos frais, nous ne commandons plus ces produits de contrefaçon ou défectueux ou jamais livrés. Pour les renvois à vos frais, Ali indique une fausse adresse et votre colis vous revient. Pour les renvois gratuits, les vendeurs ont compris qu'en ne réceptionnant pas vos renvois, les litiges sont automatiquement annulés, et vous l'avez dans l'baba : merci Ali...🥴. Pour nous, Ali, c'est fini, et dire que....🎶😂 💩👎💩

I ordered an electric bike on Aliexpress website. Quickly I got an e-mail telling me that the order was handled by WMP store and was awaiting shipment. I also got a counter that counted down the time to last possible shipment. After that time the order would be automatically cancled.
One day before las shipment date I got a message from WMP store on Aliexpress website telling me that they would ship another model and asked if I could accept it. I said NO and asked them to cancel the order. Next day I got a new message asking the same question – my reply was of course the same – NO!! The third day the order status was changed to shipped, and I got a message again from WMP store telling me that the model I did not want was shipped. Since then, I have tried to cancel and have my money refunded by contacting Aliexpress chat service. No avail. They want me to start a dispute with WMP store. A dispute about what? They shipped a model they knew I would not accept. And they knew that before they shipped the item. They do not give a dam. And where is Aliexpress responsibility??? Nowhere!!
I will refuse the parcel when it arrives in Denmark, but will I get my money back? Because they cashed the money days before the item was shipped.
My advice: keep away from Aliexpress and other Chinese platforms.

This is actually the worst thing that happened I ordered 8 items off alixpress and told me if have them at the end of November and they promised me I would get them before Christmas as its for my daughter from santa. I have looked at the tracking and some doesn't make sense and some says the last people to get the items was last mile carrier. I just rang An post and they don't have any items sent to them. Everytime I send a message to the sellers some say I'll get them in January which I don't want and then some say ring an post. I would like this to be sorted and any advice I can give to anyone is just be careful ordering stuff off this company. At least wish sent out the stuff and if anything was wrong they would help you straight away.

Spesso i prodotti sono per ovvie ragioni, delle cinesate, quindi prodotti di scarsa fattura o qualità.
Ci sono però anche marchi cinesi abbastanza grossi che producono oggetti pregevoli, a un prezzo che è ovviamente più in linea a quello dei prodotti acquistabili in Italia.

E' un paga e dimentica, cioè ordini le merci e poi ti metti in attesa con comodo (molto comodo), in media l'atesa è di un mese, ma non è raro vedere la merce dopo 45/60gg.

L'assistenza in caso di difetti, o merce errata è inesistente.

Non comprate batterie, normali, litio, ricaricabili, i prodotti cinesi brillano per contraffazione e per specifiche inventate.

Durante il covid alcuni prodotti mi sono arrivati in 15gg impressionante.
