Justin gave an awesome service and I learnt a lot, including many actionable insights. I later returned 6 months to check on how changes to my diet and exercise had impacted my metrics.

Fantastic! Staff were really friendly and approachable, equipment was modern and the results from my testing came back quick and easy to read. The staff made regular contact and went out their way to explain my results and answer any questions I had. I will be back!

I done some threshold testing, VO2 max testing as well as some other tests and it was great. The test itself was straight forward. Alicia has since sent me my report which has provided some great information to improve my training. She has also explained everything in great detail and super easy to understand.
Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience at ALIXR!

I had such a great experience at ALIXR — honestly one of the best things I’ve done for my health journey. The whole process was super professional yet really fun. The 3D scanner was definitely my favorite part.

Alicia and the team were awesome — friendly, fast, and super knowledgeable. I got my report back so quickly and it was super detailed. I’ll definitely be coming back in 12–16 weeks to check my progress.

Already told four people my resting heart rate is 56 😎

The staff were friendly, the test was explained and very simple. Results as expected.

I’m not someone who usually focuses on aerobic health, but I’d heard on The Diary of a CEO podcast that VO2 max is one of the best indicators of overall health. They recommended knowing where you are on the scale – and that if you want to, you can work to improve it.

I was a bit nervous beforehand, knowing it involved running on a treadmill with a face mask on, but the whole process was surprisingly enjoyable. Justin was incredibly friendly, put me at ease straight away, and explained everything clearly. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, and that came through throughout the session.

While I was on the treadmill, he kept me updated on how I was doing, encouraged me through the tougher bits, and kept morale high. Overall, it was a fun, informative and genuinely valuable experience – and now I know exactly where I stand with my VO2 max.
