Bad Product
We were sent a different product than the past and it was a terrible product this time. It now takes 40% more sanding sponges to do the same amount of work. We were offered a refund if we paid a $400 restocking fee and the shipping cost. We will not be doing business with All Wall anymore. Very disappointing.

Landon, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the changes in recent products received. After reviewing your order and your return, it appears the issue stemmed from the quality and changes in the sponges and grit that the manufacture has made.
Our agent reached out to the MFR of the sponges and they stated small changes were made but the quality is still there, some consumers may feel impartial however the changes were made to better productivity.
We Always strive to be clear about our policies, and have customer satisfaction, Our policy is available on our website. We understand that sometimes things can be missed, our agent explained and emailed the policy before creating the RMA for you.
We do appreciate your business and are sorry you feel disappointed, we hope you can reconsider and understand our return policies.
