Το ποσό είναι μικρό αλλά θέλω επιστροφή χρημάτων πίσω. Είσαστε μια μεγάλη απάτη. Διαφημίσεις και φούμαρα για να τραβάτε μικροποσά και να αυξάνεται τους τραπεζικούς σας λογαριασμούς. Απογοήτευση!!! Ντροπή και αίσχος!!!

Reclamo de devolución del efectivo a mi cuenta.
Se asumieron cargos que fueron incrementando sin mi permiso. Luego que quise comprar algo no me daba acceso así actualice mi contraseña de usuario. Pésimo servicio, no atendieron a mi queja. Y he quedado con el temor de que me suceda algo similar de nuevo. Me he sentido estafada.

I payed for a subscription thinking i was getting something else. When i noticed my money gone and no email i immediately contacted them and i got help from one of the workers to cancel the subscription on the 3rd of july now its the 6th and they have deducted more money, i write an email asking what this is about because I'm waiting for the 14th for a permanent cancelation of the subscription and they tell me that my cancelation has started today and will be effective on the 20th of july i am so defeated these people don't care.
Today is the 8th of july they have reached out and are doing the necessary steps to address my concerns because
finally they canceled the subscription. I guess they went back to check why i wasn't so happy. This shows that they're a legit company who made an honest mistake. When you buy things just make sure you're buying the correct thing and if you're not happy contact them and they'll help.

Ik heb me hier zelf niet geregistreerd hier en gaat iedere maand 72€ van mijn rekeningen ik wil mijn geld terug of ik meld fraude aan 😉
