Waited 6 weeks for delivery. Finally arrived to great disappointment. Wish I saw THESE reviews before spending over $100 on a sheet set that DID NOT INCLUDE a total sheet set (missing top flat sheet). The quality is definitely not what was advertised. Customer service was prompt to lure me into buying the flat sheet. they wouldnt refund until i submitted dispute with my CC company
This company is a scam. I got my refund.

I ordered a queen size „linen“ sheet set. I received the bottom sheet and two pillow cases. They explained that right now they ship the bottom sheet and two pillow cases on a bag that replaces the top sheet? Outrageous thieves.

Do not buy these sheets…. I ordered a set and came with no flat sheet.. asked for a full refund and for them to send me a label to return…. They advised all sheet sets come that way. Took over 60 days to get a partial refund. They advised keep the sheets and they charged me a restocking fee…. Even tho the website does not state this. DO NOT Purchase these sheet sets are a scam… @Allaura … #Allaura

THese are NOT linen. I tested it. They took 2 months to arrive. It is nearly impossible to contact them.

Ordered May 15. Said they'd ship mid June. I still have not received them, Aug 17. I have requested a refund. Allaura and their shipping co are scams. Don't order.

This is a complete scam! Their products are not as described. The return/refund process is a nightmare and they drag it out interminably. Their conduct should be considered illegal and prosecuted! DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER OF THEIR VICTIMS!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I luckily had a hunch that something might not be quite right with the offer of this company :
The imagery of the whole story line about the traditional weaver was quite clearly AI generated, and conveys the idea that somewhere in Europe some of the last few experts produce woven linen entirely by hand, using traditional wooden tools, in an original workshop in beautiful scenery. But then some things don't check out : Was Mister Beau Renard approached by the company and decided to sell his work to them ? Or is he the founder of the company ? And where exactly is the flax grown ? I am thankful that I found this site and all the reviews. Folks - you have saved me from ordering from this site, avoiding disappointment and money loss. This really looks like a purposely created SCAM !

NEVER order from this “company”, it is a scam, NOT linen sheets at all, they are cheap polyester, or something, not sure what. Customer service SOUNDS helpful, but are not. And, did not get a set of sheets, I ordered a set and got two bottom sheets and for pillow cases. When I emailed them, they said a set doesn’t include a top sheet, I could order one though. I reported it to my credit card company and opened a dispute.

I ordered two Ca King sets of sheets
Two packages arrived. Each package has two pillow cases and one fitted bottom sheet. NO TOP SHEET.
Have sent many emails to them and now they say they don't sell a top sheet with a bottom sheet....ony bottom sheet with two pillow cases. I have NEVER purchased a SET of sheets with just a fitted sheet...I think they are a scam!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Like many here, I missed the reports. The storefront has 2 different return policies. A 30-day risk-free return; then, in the FAQ on the same page, it states a 100-day trial, a 100% no-questions-asked return, and a refund. The worst is that it claims to be a 100 percent European flax product. It isn't. I have the receipts in the email from them. Made in China, and the sheets do not indicate what materials were used. According to my AI team (Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity). They were never featured in any of the Newspapers or magazines listed on their storefront (could be a mistake; it is AI). Their third Refund on their policy page states that their product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. All of which, in my opinion, is a violation of 15 U.S.C. § 45. Advertising a risk-free trial while using fine-print restrictions or support policies to deny the trial constitutes a deceptive business practice, as does making false statements regarding product geographic origin.

Cheaply made. Did not receive top sheet. Looks like the were made by a child. Too thin. Will never order from them again.

Absolutely garbage sheets. Made of polyester ( NOT linen!) Paid for a "set" and got a fitted sheet and two pillow cases. The fabric is such crap I can't even use them to wash my car! No customer service. No way to get my money back. An absolute scam company.

If I could give zero I would. These sheets come from China. They come with only a fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases, no flat sheet. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and filed a complaint with Allaura. I was shocked but pleased when I got a credit on my charge card for the full amount with 24 hours.

Do not fall for it. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

Product is inferior, not at all what I expected with only one fitted sheet and two pillowcases no top sheet. I really would like to know how to send this back and get a refund however I think this is a fraud.

Until a few months ago orders of “sheets” included the Top sheet, Fitted sheet and two (2) pillow cases, but recently Allaura changed to a new standard, dropping the “Top sheet’. They made the change with no notification that I am aware of, and this caused confusion when I ordered an extra set expecting all the pieces.
I only ask one question … who, in their right mind would give a set of sheets missing the top sheet?? Was this their way of increasing the price, requiring you to purchase the Top Sheet separately? That is a bad business practice IMHO.
Lastly, I like the sheets and have five sets.

Their website is very confusing.
My order says sheets, but I only recd a fitted sheet and it cost me a total of $129.00 total.

I finally got my sheet after 8 weeks. When I ordered I saw about the fabric being in Europe but it ends up they are actually made in China. Guess that explains the slow boat…
I’ll not order anything from them again. I can’t return anything either because I started the washer and started putting things in before I realized there was no top sheet. There has to be a better company. Maybe Redland Co in Alabama. I know they are made there. Sad that it was a bad experience.

I bought a queen sheet set and Allaura withheld the top sheet saying I could buy it extra. And they put in a "linen" bag as compensation. It's not linen; neither are the sheets. I have requested .

I have the same complaint as everyone else on here. I received my ‘sheet set’ with no top sheet. You don’t get to rename a sheet set by removing the top sheet and including a linen bag (which won’t be used at all, ever) and claim it’s not a traditional sheet set. If there is no top sheet, it is not a sheet set.
Such bullshit. Telling everyone I know not to buy from this crap scam company.

Ordered, not shipped in 2 weeks. I asked them to cancel. They said they did, my money back in my account. 4 weeks later they appear on my steps. Curious, I looked in. The set contains a bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases. No top sheet. Also while their ad says try for 30 days... Their fine print says returns must not be used or opened. Think I will return in a flat rate box. And they keep sending ads.
