We required fan asstted hot cabinets at the very last minute for an event we were running. Our other supplier had let us down. Shaun was brilliant offering us a couple of choices and in the end we went for the fan assisted cabinets. This was in the afternoon the day before the event. We agreed a price and Shaun clled me well after office time. I paid and the cabinets we were us 08.30 the next morning. That's what I call service. Many thanks

The Allen’s Hire team are a brilliant bunch of professionals. Their meticulous approach in dealing with customers is second to none and due to that, I have been able to pull off a large variety of events ranging from 30-120 guests with ease. We recently hired a BBQ service for a company event and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly well organised.

The setup and service ran seamlessly, which made organising the event so much easier for us. The staff were attentive, helpful.

Wonderful customer service and ease of booking: Anezia was so helpful, great choice of products (glassware and chairs in my case), good pricing and a really fantastic delivery service. Drop-off and pick-up were absolutely on time, efficient and friendly.

Fantastic service. Arranged same-afternoon delivery into central London when we needed extra trestles for an event right at the last minute. They arrange to get them onto a van and out for delivery within minutes - can't thank Angelika enough!!

So very reliable and courteous. The delivery and collection took place as and when promised and the equipment was spotless

The rudest delivery people I have ever experienced.
They were aware of the site and that there would be stairs, we did a video walkthrough a few weeks before.
Allens sent a rude and aggressive couple of guys.
They point blank refused to take the catering equipment up 8 steps, we were then forced to move it ourselves.
The bridesmaids carried up the ovens and even the poor bride even had to help move the plates and glasses.
On the pick up they sent one of the original guys and another 2, they still complained about the steps and didn't want to carry them down.
Once they had left we discovered that they had spilt oil from the fryer all over our driveway.
We have never had such a terrible experience with catering hire.
It nearly ruined a wonderful wedding.
