We’ve looked into this matter and can confirm that your order was successfully processed, and your test results were completed and shared with you on 26th March 2026. As this was the same day your review was posted, it’s possible that our communication may have been missed or landed in your junk/spam folder.

We also note your concerns regarding communication, and for that we sincerely apologise. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.

The test results have now been shared more than once, so we would really appreciate it if you could check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for your results. If you are still unable to locate them, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to resend everything and ensure you receive the full support you need.
