The support provided was exactly what I was looking for.

I don't know how did I subscribe bit the allgosport deducted R179 from my account, I'm not happy about that so I want to know if it's possible to get my money back?

Over the past couple of months I have been contacted several times by Allgosport; I am being offered a refund of the joining fee that i was finessed into paying as per my review below. The catch: I am required to delete my initial review. There is also what appears to me to be an implied warning that should I not comply somehow my details would once again be added to their database, for what purpose I am unsure. Surely if I should delete my review this would be entirely nullifying the purpose of Trustpilot which is to provide a platform where companies can build trust, and potential purchasers can seek trustworthy companies.
Trustpilot itself has highlighted that this company may be 'encouraging' a particular type of review which does not conform to Trustpilot guidelines.......

This company appears to at least partly rely on mistaken sign ups.
I was attempting to charge my electric car and was taken to this app instead and without me realising.
Once Allgosports has taken your payment of 29.99 Euros that is the last you will see of it...they say very glibly that as per their terms and conditions, this is non refundable.
This company is based in Cyprus so there is very little a customer can do to gain any sort of refund, redress etc.
I also note that there have been absolutely NO repsonses to any of the feedback left on this site.

I made an online purchase and suddenly I am signed up for a membership I didn't ask for nor do I want. I want the transaction reversed. It's a scam. I received a message asking for payment for my parcel to be released. 🚩🚩🚩🚩
