Easy and seamless
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m really pleased with how well the guys at Allin handled my transfer. I’ve always stuck with the same company for my comms as there’s always that worry of things going wrong. I’m now paying quite a bit less with a lot more knowledge of how VOIP works and an account manager that seems to go out of his way to help me with any questions or queries.

I switched over to All Inclusive Networks on 1st July, and the whole setup process was fast, seamless, and completely hassle-free. There was absolutely no downtime during the changeover, which was a huge plus for our business.
Since going live, the system has worked perfectly without any issues. It’s reliable, easy to use, and offers excellent value for money. I’m really pleased with the service from All Inclusive Networks and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth transition and a dependable telecoms system.

Fantastic company and staff! We sat down with three companies including All Inclusive who all promised better service, cost and broadband. After listening to All Inclusive we decided to go with them and so far it’s been great! They’ve kept their promises of moving us with no interruptions and paid off our previous suppliers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks to all involved.

Avoid like the plague! If I could give 0 stars I would! This company even the director JOE STICKLER does nothing but lie and give false promises all the time! We have waited over 5months now and even paid yet we’re still being fobbed off with the same old rubbish and we don’t have a working system! They should be known as con artists, now raising a complaint with Ofcom! Fed up is understatement!
Annoying sales "spam" mails.
This company keeps emailing me with sales offers. I have replied, asking them to remove me, as there is no unsubscribe option on the emails they send. I did not sign up for offers, and I do not want them. Maybe you'll look at your Trustpilot reviews more than you do your emails.

Awful company! Unprofessional! Scam company
Awful company!! unprofessional and continuously provides excuses and lies! Stay well away!! been waiting months now and still no new line. They will not even provide any updates or communication regarding ETA. Huge mistake choosing them, Not worth the headache, should have gone to an established telecoms co.

More lies in their response. I am a new customer and have been waiting since February to port and have chased your unprofessional staff several times without any response from them. Had to wait nearly 7weeks for the hardware to arrive.
No surprise how quickly your firm have managed to reply to this negative review.

Amazing Service
I had really poor broadband at first, but after a full conversation with my account manager Clare, she managed to save me money on my monthly payments and managed to explain everything to me that made it make sense.
Can’t recommend this company more. 10/10

Extremely poor service
I was very impressed when I first spoke with Allin Network. We were looking to move from another provider who we had been a loyal customer of for some 9 years, but latterly their pricing had become uncompetitive and customer services not great. I was assured that I would receive a high calibre service from Allin Network, which gave me comfort. I have to say that in reality, this could t be further from the truth. It took 4 months to port the service across, with no communication, and after promising they would help me set up the hand set, left me to my own devices. As a result, I don’t have a fully working service and the company are now ignoring all my emails, even a formal complaint lodged on 1st December, which took them 2 months to respond to, only to tell me that my email went to an unmanned inbox!! The final straw came when we received the latest invoice, which included an additional charge of £17.95. I had no prior communication telling me about this and they have refused to acknowledge any of my emails about it. As a long-standing business owner (29 years running a business), I have never experienced a service like this.
Great service
I was initially hesitant to join All Inclusive Network, as I’ve had previous issues with third-party telecom providers (particularly around credits). However, they have added tremendous value to my hotel business across both sites by modernising our phone systems and future-proofing them with fixed pricing.
They are unlike any telecom company we’ve worked with before and have truly restored my faith in the industry. It’s clear they specialise in the hospitality sector and understand the unique requirements that come with it.
A special thanks to John Cooper, Operations Director, who ensured everything was installed perfectly and personally oversaw the entire project from start to finish.
