For the last 11 months
For the last 11 months, I have constantly had to deal with All In Credit Union not fulfilling their promises. Everytime I go in to make my mortgage payment, they have to call their Bankruptcy Department to see whether or not they can accept the payment. Sue Thompson, the representative who oversees their Bankruptcy Department, told me that they should not have to call to verify my ability to make a payment. She stated that it is written in the notes on the account that I shouldn't have any issues. However, every single time for the past 11 months, I have had to deal with rudeness, unprofessionally illbred attitudes, and the lack of honesty from All In Credit Union. I am held up for an average of fifteen additional minutes waiting on them to call and verify that I can pay before the payment is processed and I manually have to monitor the payments to ensure that they are actually being applied to the account. When I ask them to take the extra money paid and apply it to the principal balance, they argue and still put the additional towards interests. They do what they want to do. This is constant, even their attorney is rude and unprofessional.
Today, their teller Faith informed me that the account was flagged, and that she was not able to process the payment without first contacting the bankruptcy department, yet again. This is a continuous issue despite being told several times by Sue Thompson that I shouldn't have to deal with this. Do what I was told would be done. I don't need to be held up every single time I'm making my payments. It's unreasonable and irrational.
