Although issues through the process and since moving in…..I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Courtney Goodwin and Laura Newton for everything they have been doing and done over the past few months. Nothing has been to much and they have been fantastic with going above and behind. A mention for Kevin who came to the house last week to sort a few snag issues and went above and beyond and to Gage for always being on hand to help!
Thank you again for continuing to help look after us.

Home buying the right way
They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things on your lifetime but can honestly say buying my house with Allison Homes has been brilliant. Sales executives Val and Josh have guided me through the process of choosing the right home to suit my needs and had all the patience in the world in assisting me with my choices. Although Josh originally did the reservation, Val has taken over through to completion and been there to help through it all. Yes there’s been some minor issues but no matter what you mentioned have been all planned to put right and had the reassurance from Site Manager Gage that everything’s ok. It’s nice to know that ‘me’ as a customer feels listened too. Nothing was ever too much bother - they must have got sick of me keep coming down to the sales office !!!

Havent been recently and just had 17 emails asking for feedback.
For the last 2 years we have visited many housebuilders but by far the worst experience has been with Allison homes.

Our records show only one review invitation issued in June, and we’ve found no evidence of multiple emails being sent. We have reached out directly to ask for any further details or copies of the messages you received and await a further response from you.
Issues with individual's email providers or forwarding filters can sometimes create unexpected duplicates, and we’re still very keen to get to the bottom of this for you. If you’re able to share additional information, we’ll investigate further right away.

I would like to take the opportunity to say my thanks to Allison Homes (specially Paula and Joshua)
I would like to take the opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to Allison Homes to make the journey to move in our first home so smooth. From the very beginning of the journey, Josh made the sales process very easy and comfortable for both of us and answered every question with utmost importance, however trivial and stupid they be. We got some great upgrades as well which we really liked. After our move in, Paula was our go to person. And I want to mention that she has been really very kind and prompt to respond to all our concerns and solve them very quickly. Although, worth mentioning, we did not had any trouble after we moved in (albeit few very small issues which were readily resolved) and now we have settled in quite nicely, thanks to the entire team of Allison Homes, specially to Josh, Paula, Gage and Danny. I would definitely recommend Allison Homes to all my friends and family looking out for a home move.

A Developer and a Team You Can Trust
Since we knew Allison Homes were coming to Moulton Chapel we knew we had to get our first home with them. From the initial private invitation day for early bird reservationists to today, we have experienced nothing but professionalism, a family friendly like business and flexibility like no other.
This wouldn't be possible without the team at Chapel Gate and other sites but especially for Josh. I have met and worked with a lot of people, but he is a genuine and caring person who has worked so hard to look after us since day 1. We have had some personal set backs but they were allocated for and we were treated like family, helping us reach our goal.
Although we have not finished the process, it is a shame that Josh is moving on, but after meeting other members of the team, we know we are in safe hands. If you're going to buy you first home or fancy a change of scene, you can get a quality build in fantastic areas.

I have lost trust in their word
I like the houses at Chapel Gate and the neighbourhood feels very welcoming. However, I’m leaving a negative review because Allison Homes repeatedly failed to follow through on promises and communicated poorly throughout the process. On multiple occasions representatives offered extras or promotions that were not honoured—whether the offer was verbal or written. My advice to anyone considering buying here: scrutinise the terms and conditions, get any promises in writing, and keep copies of all communications. Allison Homes, please improve your communication and honour commitments.

Had arranged over the phone a visit today to complete our reservation for our new Bungalow. All this week I have been speaking to Sophie, who has been covering holidays at Chapel Gate.
Although Sophie was just covering holidays, her devotion to me and my husband was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful and great communicator and Understanding of Allison processes. Don’t look around for your new home, call Allison Homes and find your nearest. Wish I’d done this years ago. Well done Sophie, absolute credit to your role and company. Thank you.

Easy decision
We were greeted in a courteous and friendly manner by Josh when we first walked into the sales office at Chapel Gate without an appointment yesterday. Our questions and concerns were dealt with in a professional way and we returned today to reserve a property of our choice.
I was recommended to look at properties developed by Allison Homes by somebody who had purchased a property in Oakham/Barleythorpe from them two years ago and who was very happy from start to finish.
We are keeping fingers crossed the rest of our transaction will progress in the same manner.
