Alluroa is a complete scam

Alluroa is a complete scam. They signed me up for a monthly subscription without my approval and then flat out refused to refund me when I caught it. This is dishonest, unethical business practice. Any company that tricks people into subscriptions they didn’t authorize cannot be trusted.

Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company. There are plenty of legitimate businesses out there—this is not one of them.

Another Expensive Gimmick

Honest review after MANY different tries.

PROS:
The scents really smell great. Unleash, Advantage, & Wild Flame are my favorites.

CONS:
1. They are expensive even with discount codes.
2. They do NOT last long at all. The scents wear off so fast I feel like I need to spray them multiple times a day. Which in turn makes it even more expensive.
3. After more research, there is no significant evidence to support pheromones actually working.
*4. They shipped 2 different orders to the wrong address and did not make up for them, despite paying for “shipping insurance”.

CONCLUSION:
It’s a very well marketed gimmick that’s not worth the price. Just buy regular colognes that smell just as good and last longer.

Muscle you into a subscription…

Muscle you into a subscription then don’t acknowledge cancellation before charging the monthly subscription.

Then you’re stuck with$35 store credit that you will never want to use again.

Fragrance dissipates quickly so a waste.

My order says shipped july 14

My order says shipped july 14, july 16 last update in shipping agent 4 emails sent to alloura all with the same blanket email response from their Customer Service, Busier than normal someone will get back to me in 24-36 hrs, no response from alloura customer service at all. This is now july 31 and alloura had the audacity to send an email about automatic re-order (which i cancelled immediately) because you have my money and i do not have my package Worst CS ever and i would never recommend any company that treats customers with so much distrespect!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🙏🏽🙏🏽

DO NOT buy anything from this company.
They are fake. They charge you and give you a fake shipping number that never actually ships, then they also try to charge you for a subscription to this garbage. They will not answer any emails or address your questions, just sends out sale emails/replies.
I am pursuing legal action against them for not refunding my money for something I was charged for.

I had an asthma attack trying one of…

I had an asthma attack trying one of the sample fragrance packs that they sell. I sent it back for a refund. They never refunded me my money! I am going to open a claim again with my bank because the mailing I received back from alloura saying I said “product unacceptable” and they disagreed saying it was the same product advertised on their site.. well that was not even what I was referring to! The product was unacceptable as it caused me to have an asthma attack! I returned the product and they should have refunded my money, even partial credit if not full as I only tried 1 fragrance from the kit and had an allergic reaction!

Our team wanted to reach out and let you know that we did infact ship out your order within 24 hours of ordering but when we handed it to USPS, somehow it was circling in their system.

It took USPS a couple months to re-locate the order and get it shipped and delivered to us, which it stated on March 14, 2025.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Made an order on 07.12.24. Same day i even got an email from them to confirm my delivery address - it was just as entered and everything was correct.
On 19.12.24 i received an email that my order is delivered. When started to look, it was sent to a totally random address in a totally wrong country. When asked about it they appologized and said they we will make a refund once the order is back in theyr hands. And they did, except they kept the shipping fee!!!
So out of 58,56€ payed initially i only got back 26,89€ AND IT WAS THEIR FAULT! DON'T BUY!!!!!!

Scam, can’t deliver to Europe. They use USPS who can’t process European addresses, it is so bad they even comment on it on their terms and conditions. You’ve been warned.

Scammers 100% not legit don’t do it.. share on all platforms before more people get scam by them.

Hello my Name is Brian Cazares and I haven't gotten an update on my Order #274908 and I paid for next day shipping and I haven't gotten anything yet nor an update that it's been delivered to the usps I bought this on the 18th of this month there's no way it should be talking this long If some one can reach out to me with update but nope been almost two weeks no reply… don’t waste your time nor money with this company is a SCAM. I truly feel disrespected from how awful your customer service is and how poorly you company manages their customers support… I would give zero stars if possible. I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. SCAM 100%

We hate that you feel like you got scammed, but I wanted to break the news to you that our team actually fulfilled your order and is waiting for USPS to pick it up. You ordered on the 18th of January and our team picked and packed your order on the 22nd of January.

Sometimes we do see USPS can lose our packages and they are replaced but that doesn't mean you were scammed, we are a company who builds trust on our customers.

If you don't see any movement in your order by this week, we'd be happy to reship you a new bottle or refund your order up to you!

Our customer support team works hard to manage all of our customers, so I do apologize that you feel that way but I ensure we work our hardest to keep all of our customers happy.

Despite all their negative customer service....they still scam people

Their ads to give a refund if not satisfied is absolutely false. They only give a gift card. The perfume burned my skin so upon returning my product and being told a refund would be coming, an email with a gift card showed up instead. Now it has been over two months of emails going back and forth. They even say you can choose if you prefer a gift card or a refund, but you cannot. If you click on their link for their refund policy it does not open. It does if they send it you you after you complain about your refund. This company will lie, to get your money without care to help you afterwards. I wish them all the failure in the world.
This part is to respond to your response. In my emailing my request to return the item I stated that I didn't like how it smelled AND it burned my skin. Your response is disingenuous to make it sound like I am changing my reasons for a return. Nice try!

You returned your products to us for the reason of "I didn't like the item / I didn't like how the fragrance smelled" there was nothing on your return that stated you had a skin reaction. We work with our customers before we give a return back if we know this. We understand not everyone reacts the same which is why we have our very fair policies in place.

You've been refunded exactly what we stated during your return process. We have policies in place that clearly state our refunds are in the form of a Gift Card because we believe our customers should have another chance to try a fragrance they love.

I apologize that your experience with us wasn't as your wished, but we do have thousands of happy customers that wear Alloura daily and understand as a business we have policies to keep our customers happy.

Lie to international customers - no delivery

Ordered in January 2025 - shipping said delivery in 12 days. Since purchase USPS shipping tracking info shows order was cleared with US customs and ready for collection at a freekin US post office - I'm in South Africa... lol, emailed Alloura support and was basically blamed for their incompetence for not using a reliable international shipping company. On their adds they assure their international customers that they ship worldwide, which is a lie. All of this even after I paid extra for DeliveryGuaranteed. This is a scam! They charge you an astronomical amount for shipping but then use USPS because they know the package will never arrive - the rest they put in their pockets. Look at the rest of the reviews - there are six other international customers with exactly the same issue and Alloura is aware of it and still lure international customers into buying. They only refunded me half of my purchase. I will now report this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give less than one star I would! According to the refund policy, if you refund it within 30 days, you can get a full refund and they are trying to tell me that I can't get a refund because I'm out of the timeframe which is not true!!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Your ordered on December 12th and you went to do a return on January 11th.

You NEVER brought the package to USPS which means our team never received your return. That is your responsibility to bring the package to USPS and drop it off. Once we get the return we would happily refund and work with you.
