I originally attempted to complete the form myself but soon realised that I needed help. After getting in touch with Allowance Assist it all became plain sailing! The staff were all excellent and spent time getting the form completed. My claim went through without any hiccups and I very quickly received my full allowance.

I was trying to fill in the Attendance allowance form for my mum and not getting very far when I saw their Ad in People's friend. I took a chance and gave them a call, boy am I glad i did. Everyone i spoke to was very kind and explained why they had been set up, what the process was, and all the support they give. I decided to go ahead and a time and date was set for completing the form, a few days later the completed form arrived in the post with notes telling me where to sign/date and an envelope to put it in the post. Every couple of weeks I received a call from Allowance Assist to see if I'd heard anything, within six weeks I had the decision come through stating my mum was getting the higher rate which was excellent news. I can't fault Allowance Assist at all, they made the whole process so easy and stress free. Please don't hesitate give them a go you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It has giving my mum peace of mind that she can get the things she needs without worrying where the money will come from, but it also opened the door to other benefits.
