I had originally intended to complete the forms for Attendance Allowance myself and not pay for something I could do alone. Big mistake! Once I had seen the 32 page form, I soon realised that I needed professional help to complete, so contacted Allowance Assist. The service from their staff was was first class and before long the process was complete.

Extremely helpful and explained everything in good detail these people know how to write forms in the correct manner. Sam was extremely great and precise gave me lots of information brilliant.

After finding that to claim Attendance Allowance 32 pages of questions had to be completed I hit upon Allowance Assist who explained their process and as a result I placed my application in their hands
The process after some initial questions was stress free Application completed by Allowance Assist a couple of signatures required application posted and some 5/6 weeks later first payment received
Cannot speak highly enough of their attention to detail and the help I received . Would certainly recommend others to use their services. The fee involved very reasonable in relation to the work undertaken

Dealing with Allowance Assist was very easy it doesn’t matter who you talk to they were very helpful understanding and professional.

All the people I spoke to were so helpful and nice. I would have never have been able to do it with out there help. I have been awarded attendance allowance which is going to make a difference to me.

Fantastic service from Allowance Assist, they were brilliant. They helped me with an AA claim for my Mum, and she was awarded the higher rate. They were super friendly and efficient and it was worth the fee that they changed. I would 100% recommend them.

They guided me through the application procedure and the large page form that needed filling they took out all the frustration of this task. and did a great job in advising me through the whole procedure all for a nomin al payment taken from the successfull firstpayment

This all came from an article in a well known Scottish magazine.It was read by my wife who then asked what I thought about it.Having read it and realising how straightforward it seemed I contacted the company who put me straight about our right to apply and with their support we applied and were successful.The company was superb in the support they gave.
