I do not recommend All Round Repair & More LLC. I hired them for a garbage disposal replacement and received a $600 invoice for their services. The unit they provided and installed experienced an electrical issue and short-circuited immediately. Instead of resolving the problem, the technicians demanded that I pay their invoice, blamed the failure entirely on my house's electrical system, and left the property with the disposal completely non-functional.Because the technicians left it broken, I had to hire an independent electrician to diagnose and fix the issue. My electrician figured out that the short circuit was actually due to a defect within the unit they provided, not my home's wiring, and successfully fixed it. I requested their representative, Nickolas, to reimburse me $195 for these independent electrician services. Nickolas declined the reimbursement, claiming the electrician's report did not definitively prove that the short circuit was caused by their installation or a manufacturer defect. The company has shown zero accountability for their faulty equipment or their poor service. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere.

Honestly, the score would have been worse but the owner was a good kid and respectful. However, his associates in their work ethic, timing, and quality of service were poor. When you pay over 5K for a project you expect punctuality, top equipment, and a fine clean-up. I received known of those things. I feel I was overcharged on equipment and time. Frankly, Angi's List I am surprised that they were "A" listed. If I had not called every time to see where they were I would still be waiting (I am still so, if they decide to come back once again to clear out my drains that still have dirt and water, pick up the PVC pipe, and clean off my fence with dirt and muck on it, I am here). Did not communicate well and had to come back multiple times including when the pump did not work the first time and my house was almost flooded. At this point, if they come to finish great but this was an unacceptable chain of events.
