Bracket Needs a Spacer
The ide of the bracket is fantastic. The ubolts make it very easy to mount. However, while thick steel was used on the plate up against the post, a thinner steel was used for the piece where the opener mounts. Because this plate was much thinner than the bracket that comes with the Liftmaster, I had to fabricate my own spacer, which negated a lot of the ease of installation and intent of the bracket and caused a delay when I had to go buy another part and fabricate it. I understand saving on the steel costs, but they should include or note that you need one and it isn't the same thickness. I called customer support, but they said said installers just fabricated or installed o-rings.

Confusion
Ordered security window tags from your site. Entered my facility code as prompted. Everything went smoothly. Several days later was emailed by the ops manager stating I couldn’t order that item as it was “stock”. I don’t know what that means. They instead pointed me to a product costing over $2k more which I declined and asked for a refund. Ops manager was not very informative. Why even have the option to order the “stock” tags with a facility code? I’m just using this to vent my frustrations, I’m not looking for any resolution. Thanks

12V battery for garage door opener!
Perfect replacement for my LiftMaster 12V battery garage door opener! The old battery was triggering the 'replace battery' beep, and this one fixed it instantly. Installation took less than 5 minutes—just slide it in and connect the two color-coded wires. It fits exactly like the original. Highly recommend this vendor for fast shipping and a quality product. The product was delivered in a timely fashion and was well packaged.
