JJ and Felix were excellent movers and provided professional service when i needed a last minute job done well.

This is the WORST moving company I have ever experienced!!! The two movers lost my chest of drawers! That was only the beginning! They arrived late.........during the move, they asked, no less than 15 times each, for a cash tip (no exaggeration)! They refused to move boxes if it did not meet their expectations (too heavy, not enough tape, etc.). As a result, they did NOT move approximately 25 boxes. They also never moved my dining room table or couch either. Moreover, they refused to deliver from one upstairs location to another upstairs location! Their excuse: "We are not working hard. It is too hot! We want out by 12:00 PM (afternoon)." Therefore, when they moved most (not all) of my stuff, they put almost everything in a storage unit I had at the new location (which I never wanted or asked them to do). They refused to take the stuff upstairs. Both movers were exceedingly rude, unprofessional, and just useless! How did All Service Movers respond??? It has been radio silence! This company is absolutely the pitiful!!!!!

JJ and his partner were excellent during our move. They were efficient, kind and did great work. The communication was also great. Will use them for future moves.

The entire company, the office personnel, Jean, Jameel, and Ben and the crew members JJ and Lewis all were extremely wonderful.

From the very beginning, they understood how important our move is and continued to make us feel valued and kept us informed that we were their top priority and would not come short of amazing for us to have a wonderful experience.

JJ and Lewis, our crew members we were assigned worked diligently to get all our items onto the truck, then disassemble any items needed and then reassemble all in a timely manner. This company I'd recommend to anyone needing their services, they are professional and the prices are affordable too for all they have to encounter. And I will choose them again.

JJ was prompt & willing to help. He was easy to work with…and got done quickly.

Since October, delays, lack of updates, and contradictory information have plagued our shipment. Promised departure dates have not been honored. Local agents don’t even know about the shipment. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable.

Booking done in September, shipment supposed to depart in February. Repeatedly misled about agents, payments, and cargo location. Communication is inconsistent, staff gives excuses, and documents are never provided. No confidence in delivery.

Shipment booked September 2025. Multiple agents, repeated promises of departure in November, January and February ALL FAILED! Communication is very poor and documents were missing. They ask for payment without proof!!

Poor Communication and Mismanagement
From October onwards, we faced constant delays and conflicting information. The cargo has yet to be delivered to Algeria, and even the local agent has no idea about the shipment. Requests for payment were made without any supporting documents. Extremely frustrating experience.

I regret to share my experience with this company we contracted for a move from the US to Algeria.
Our shipment, booked last September, has faced continuous delays and a complete lack of transparency.

In October, we were informed weeks after booking that the initially contracted agent could not handle household goods.

In November, we were told the shipment would be handled by another agent, but despite following all instructions, the cargo was still not accepted in Algeria, and we received no updates for weeks.

The company repeatedly promised departures and estimated dates, but these were never confirmed, and we have no proof or tracking information.

Communication has been extremely poor, with contradictory information, unresponsive staff, and requests for payment without any supporting documents.

Even their local partner in the USA had no knowledge of our shipment, highlighting a lack of control over the operation, despite ALL SERVICE MOVING saying that they delivered the cargo to them.

Horrible service !

Mike and Caleb were amazing, packed all of my stuff into a UBox like pros. This is my second move with All Service and I will use them again!
