Told me if I wanted my refund then I had to leave a positive review.

I made a purchase through a different platform, however the purchase went for the item, it was membership for this site. After many chats with the live chat I emailed the escalation team. They responded telling me that they had seen my conversation and if I wanted my refund then I had to leave a 4 or 5* review and even listed words that I could and couldn’t use.

I would like to thank the allshopgifts.com team, especially Lena and the escalation team, for their excellent handling of my issue. I had some concerns regarding my membership and they quickly and professionally canceled my subscription . Despite the standard policy not usually allowing refunds, they made an exception in my case and were committed to customer satisfaction.
