Complaint against Allstar Lending, LLC

I am filing this complaint due to repeated unwanted solicitations from Allstar Lending, LLC despite multiple requests to be removed from their mailing list.

Over the course of several weeks/months, I have contacted this company at least 10 times requesting that my name and address be removed from their marketing and mailing database. These requests have been ignored, and I continue to receive unsolicited junk mail.

This ongoing behavior demonstrates a clear disregard for consumer privacy and opt-out rights. At this point, the repeated contact is no longer just an inconvenience—it is intrusive and borders on harassment.

I am requesting that Allstar Lending, LLC:

Immediately remove my information from all marketing and mailing lists;
Confirm in writing that my information has been permanently deleted;
Cease all future contact.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing additional complaints with relevant regulatory authorities.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved without further delay.

I will begin by saying it's a honor to be the first to review this company. I received a letter in the mail from all star lending and I scanned the code and filled out a brief application and about 5min later Erica called me from a number named legacy. She represented herself as a employee of all star lending. She seemed well informed and professional. In my opinion I believe women are better at this type of business than men because men tend to be more aggressive and pushy. Unfortunately the mixed results is because after checking my credit score she stated another loan would not be the best choice for my particular case and when I stated I was only interested in a loan and had to get off the phone she said she was going to go over a few loan options with me ? I believe she meant debt settlement options which I'm not interested! But if you are Erica at all star lending may be a good choice.
