Great customer service and very helpful first time in in houston I highly recommend this store if you looking for fresh swag trust me can't wait to go back again one day

Deals are great clothing and shoes look great and have good quality and the prices alone are great

The employees are more than willing to help out with finding the right fit and giving good tips on what would go with what, I don’t have issues picking out my clothing but they are always helpful any time I enter any of the store locations I go to

Unfortunately, my experience with All Star Elite has been very disappointing. I ordered an item met the criteria to exchange for a different size, but I still have not received my replacement item or a meaningful update regarding the status of my order.

My return was reportedly processed on July 6, and the returned package was delivered to the company on July 10. I was later informed that my exchange had been escalated to the support team and that someone would contact me with an update. However, I am still waiting.

At this point, I have paid for an item that I have not received, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but customers should not have to repeatedly reach out just to get basic information about an order.

I am hoping All Star Elite will address this situation and provide either my replacement item or a full refund. I would simply like this matter resolved..
