Customer service is horrible! I bought a mirror from Amazon and since it has been more tha the 60 day return period, the Amazon supplier is not responsible anymore and per Amazon regulations and I am fine with that but the manufacturer is refusing to help! My mirror is always hot and am concerned about fire hazards! I am willing to spend $ to get parts to make it right but they refuse to respond. Customer service is from China or another Asian country. I have 2 of these mirrors in my home, one is fine. For the price paid, these people need to be more accommodating!! Although when working the mirror is very nice but I would not recommend buying from them due to post purchase service.

The mirror is nearly flawless. The LED lights, particularly the clock and controls, are too bright for my taste at night, which is my main grievance. I applied the tiny stickers that reduce the brightness of electronics. It ruined the appearance but helped (not enough). Additionally, their vivid blue color is awful at night. I'll locate a night light and have successfully turned off the clock and temperature. We tucked ours into the wall, and I'm a little worried that one day a fastener or nail will pierce the wall from the opposite side.

Although it was neatly wrapped and crated, one of the seven mirrors shattered during transaction. I prepared myself for a difficult procedure to resolve the issue; communication was quick and efficient, and there was no disagreement. ExBite arranged for a replacement door. which was once again properly packaged before being broken by FedEx. One more, without hesitation, ExBite provided a replacement that was undamaged and expertly packaged. After that, I was able to install the unit, and I'm really happy with the product's quality and simplicity of use.

This mirror is well quality and it looks amazing in my guest bathroom!

Nice product. Had a minor flaw and Exbrite handled it professionally.

In spite of bright daylight, the night light still does not work. I will ge leaving a Google review as well. Mirror does not stay in magnetic field at times, drops and I fear it will break. Anti Fog inconsistent works. I have to bend over a counter to be able to use the make up mirror and look at oneself tilted- who does that when putting on makeup!

Pro: Nice size of mirrors. Nice interior illumination. Makeup mirror magnification is good
Con: Way, way overpriced for the following reasons: I don't need the room temperature displayed on the mirror, that's ridiculous; the night light does not work as stated;only came with 2 plastic shelf organizers; one has to be careful where the makeup mirror because it will hit the shelf (so I take it down when not in use) , doors do not meet flush; AND the vendor took a LONG time to address issues

The mirrors arrived with a defect in the glass. Customer service was exceptional. They immediately offered either a refund or a replacement. We chose replacement. Customer service sent me tracking numbers and then followed up when they were notified the mirrors had been delivered. Thank you for a hassle free experience!

I had a problem with a vanity I ordered. I immediately contacted them everything was rectified within hours. Quality merchandise and outstanding customer service. I will order again.

Our first mirror was slightly damaged. I notified allsumhome and was sent a replacement quickly. Hassle free.

I absolutely love me mirror ! It makes our remodeled bath room really cool and modern looking. I have plenty of storage and can easily find the things I use. There was an issue with one of the doors. A new door was sent out within a week and the issue was solved. Great customer service! Now I want one in my other bathroom.

Amazing customer service!!! Seriously, this company goes above and beyond to help their customers out. I had an issue with parts on a large LED medicine cabinet and they did the due diligence to find the exact parts that needed replacement, and are mailing them to me now in Alaska. Can’t say how much I appreciate a company that does the right thing and communicates well throughout the process to ensure they for sure make things right for their customers.

I ordered the illusion 72x36 medicine cabinet and love it! I can’t live without it! There’s so much storage and the mirrors are great for makeup. I had no issues with delivery and when I noticed the clock was not keeping the correct time they sent out a replacement asap. The customer service was excellent!

The shower door is great quality, especially with the safety film. Just be aware that delivery is curbside, so I need help getting it inside.

The cabinet itself is great, but the digital display is already losing characters. An 8 now looks like a 5, which is a bit disappointing.

The instructions provided are absolute garbage. It states to secure the mounting bar with the provided flat head screws. I did not receive flat head screws. The parts supplied only included pan head screws. Next, my mounting bar does not look like any images in the instructions or online. There are two ridges above and below the screw holes. These ridges do not allow the screws to sit flush against the bar. I can't imagine this is how it is supposed to fit, or that the cabinet will sit right with the screws not sitting flush against the bracket. The parts provided includes Anchor B for installation in wall studs but gives zero instruction on how to use those anchors. Only 1 Anchor A was provided for installation on drywall. Neither anchor has any instruction on how to install. Step 3 just says to "drill holes insert anchors where needed". That's not even good English, not helpful, and the illustrations look like they were hand drawn by a child. I tried to call the installation assistance number but it went to a voice mail. I've left a message with my phone number. The customer service is extremely unsatisfactory. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

We're like this mirror quite a bit so far, and it's handy that I can choose to hardwire it or use an outlet. The drywell anchors it came with weren't great though - I have to use our own.

Purchase Intelligent Toilet Oct 2024
We purchased a toilet in Oct 2024, and it worked completely fine until April 1, 2025. Allsumhome offers a one year warranty. Firstly, when you call no one answers, then they request multiple videos/pictures to verify the issue. Once you send the videos they state that you pushed the wrong button, etc. Tech support promised they would send a replacement toilet. Finally, they sent replacement parts, that I didn't request. We have installed all the replacement parts, and the toilet is still not operating correctly! Apparently this is their mode of operation, I have found other reviews with the same storyline. I am going to contact the Attorney General and get behind this issue.

If you are looking to remodel your bathroom or just upgrade it look no further for a quality product . A medicine cabinet can become a statement when guests are over . We recently did our main bathroom and wanted a newer medicine cabinet . I did a lot of research and i'am so glad we choose Exbrite . You know your dealing with a quality company when you discover an issue while installing it. Called cust service and the rep could not have been more curtious and ensured the replacement was being shipped out . A few days later a package arrived . There was the item in perfect condition . There are a lot of companies that give you the run around but Exbrite goes above and beyond . We are very happy with there product and constantly get compliments . I will tell anyone looking , to look no further . Exbrite is the way to go .
