I never received the first time but I send you a email explaining the item that got lost. I received the item next delivery. Thank you for that.

Personalised glass was okay, plain but solid, however paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days ( not counting the evening I ordered), so was too late for the special birthday it was bought for. Company refunded my next day delivery postage, but that wasn't much good, I still had no gift to give on the day. That was the reason I chose them over many other suppliers. Change your courier partners.
