Can’t log in, tried changing password and I’ve emailed to try to change my meals. This has been going on for 2 weeks and I’ve had 2 deliveries the to the wrong address that have went to waste

I do really like the food from here. I like that the containers are reusable. I like the portion sizes and the food is really delicious. It is helping me on my weight loss journey as well as just eating better overall however the lack of menu is kinda annoying. They dont change the menu often so i find I am eating a lot of the same food which is a bit meh. Doesnt exactly make me look forward to dinner time which sucks. Their price point is spot on for me personally. I order about 7 meals and only have 1 of these meals a day. Iv just paused my subscription though because of the lack of menu change. I understand they are small etc butif they changed the menu even every 2 weeks instead of every couple of months i would 100% come back as like I said. I do really like them.

I can’t recommend this company as I have tried multiple times to terminate my account online as I was not pleased with my first weeks meals and you only get an error message saying 'Something went wrong' and I have emailed the contact email on their website 4x over a week period, sent them a DM on Instagram and still not had a response...despite them claiming on their website that you can cancel anytime.

The only reason I’ve thankfully not been charged for future orders is because of the option to ‘skip a week’

It is ridiculous that there is clearly something wrong with their site (perhaps on purpose!) that you cannot terminate your own account and that no one has responded to me makes this feel like a con company. I would expect to maybe wait 48 hours for a response but not 7 days and counting…. Very poor service for a company in 2024. I have contacted my bank to set up a retail dispute to block any outgoing payments if I do not get a response in the next couple of days as this is very worrying to me and not the kind of stress I would expect to receive from an online food company.

Consistently excellent food and service. Great selection of options and macros. Super-fast and friendly customer service.

Saved me £££ on delivery food. I’ve always got a choice of what to eat and unlike Deliveroo the food is always hot. Try the duck bowl, my absolute favourite.

Finally a meal prep service that lives up to expectations, absolutely love Theo and the team at All Week.

Genuinely so tasty! So much better than all the other similar meal delivery companies. Perfect for lunch or quick dinner.

AMAZING FOOD!! Been having these meals since Theo started the business during lockdown. Never had any issue and the food is glorious. Highly recommend. Best meal prep food I’ve had.

Have ordered from All Week numerous times throughout the year just gone. And everytime has been deliciously consistent. These guys are great if you're working long days or just need something to put in the freezer. They have some very good meal choices as well as some naughty ones which always keeps me happy and satisfied. Really looking forward to placing my next order

I've been loving these meals, super tasty and a great variety so you don't get bored. Love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave! I've used other delivery meal services before but they look and feel factory made, whilst you can see All Week's meals are hand made. The quality is second to none!

Tastiest and freshest food - you can tell a lot of care goes into preparing! Order always arrives quickly and is well packaged, has made my life so much easier !!

Absolutely loving All Week! I've been subscribed for 6+ months and don't know what I would do without these meals.

These meals are fresh so full of flavour (and can be frozen too which is super convenient!) along with the customer service being great too.

I've tried Hello Fresh and Lions Prep, but this is a different experience completely. Premium food but at a reasonable price point.

Highly recommend - My favourite meal is the Ragu!

Meals arrive quickly via DPD . Meals are packaged tightly and securely . There’s a nice variety of items of choose from on the menu and meals are very tasty ! I ordered once to try them and now this is like my 5th or 6th time ordering. Very convenient as well and saves you time during a busy week when you’re too tired to cook .

Nothing compares to All Week! The meals are delicious and feel like I am at a restaurant, from the comfort of my sofa. The website is super easy to use and delivery was also secure and worked well with my schedule. Everyone in my office is jealous when I bring one in for lunch!

I wasn't sure it will come again and again.
Delivery time was 7January and expiry date 29/1 too close to eat all 6 meals.
Would prefer more often delivery- devided on two deliveries would be better so the food would be more fresh.

Been using all week for a year now. Love it, meals are delicious and perfect sizes.

I really struggle with motivation to cook and I get bored with the same meals so I decided to try All Week.

Wow. The food is just unbelievable - I expected cheap, dry cuts of meat because it’s surely bulk cooked and prepped days in advance. No. The beef shin ragu? You can taste the quality and honestly, I was drooling after one bite. The burrito bowl is another favourite.

The customer service is also amazing - truly exemplary. I had bank account issues and couldn’t change my details on the website so I emailed and heard back director from Founder Theo! I got back into the account and they pushed through the payment despite being past the deadline.

I really couldn’t be happier. I’m doing ten meals a week, but may up to to 12 with my next order!
