Nightmare purchase

I really didn't even want to give then the one star. The product quality is horrible. It wreeks of chemicals so strong I got a instant headache. Material is cheap. Not as shown in advertising. Return policy infuriating. Customer service non existent. Do not buy from these crooks.

Worst Delivery Service

Ally fashion needs to change their delivery partner. I have had the MOST RIDICULOUS experience ever with this very frustrating delivery guy who cannot even communicate in basic English!

I missed his call on my number on the day of delivery and thus couldn't receive my parcel. Received a message that the parcel would be left at a nearest collection point. Didn't get any updates on that after this. So I called the delivery guy's number to confirm where to go and pick it up.

This led to the MOST frustrating back and forth calls and messages ever! Initially, he told me he would deliver my parcel again today. Then he texted me at a later time to say that he cannot see my number on the parcel so he cannot deliver it LOL. Then he told me to talk to his manager. Then he told me he would try to deliver it today again.

I have been waiting from 9 am today and since I plan to go out in a bit, I called him again, and he texted saying I need to arrange a re-delivery with Ally!

Been trying to reach Ally's customer service number too. 5 times! No one picks up!

It has been a literal nightmare!
He literally sent me the picture of my parcel that is with him. Why can't he just leave it at a 'nearest collection point' like the message stated?!!! I wasn't even expecting him to come to my address again! He was the one who offered it!

If I ever shop with Ally again, it's strictly going yo be in stores. Online shopping-- NEVER!

I do not want a refund. Can I just get my parcel delivered please!

Ordered wrong size but was able to get the best help to fix it!

I ordered the red faux leather jacket online and thought I selected size 16 XL. However, I soon discovered I accidentally clicked size 6 XXS. Noticing I made an error I quickly contacted customer service and asked for help. I asked for help swapping the wrong size for the correct one. Luckily I got the best assistance from Toni in Customer Service. She helped me by tracking down the order and contacted the warehouse to fix my problem. It's so great after all the drama I got the size I meant to select in the first place. So happy it all worked out in the end! 😁

I ordered from Ally and it was a nightmare from the beginning. Took ages to ship my order, then shipped it without some items. They have been great at fixing that. Although I had to return some items, & report the missing items to Klarna as that was my payment method. I have received no information about my returned parcel, & ally have failed to alert Klarna of the refund for the item they forgot. I now have not been refunded, and can’t solve this with Klarna as ally fashion won’t reply to them. This has been so disappointing especially as I love ally clothing.

Horrible customer service and scammy…

Horrible customer service and scammy business. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have only received an order confirmation. I reached out to customer service who told me that because they were relocating warehouse there were delays with shipping. I then informed them that nowhere on their website did it mention delays in shipping due to warehouse relocation - and that this is misleading. They only added the notice after I pointed this out. I asked them for an estimate date of dispatch and they can’t seem to provide one even though my order is apparently “packed and waiting dispatch”. So far I have exchanged 6 emails with customer service and every single one of them has failed to offer a solution. I asked for a refund and the order can’t be refunded because it’s already been packed apparently. I asked for a tracking number if the order has been packed then there should be a tracking number associated with the parcel - they can’t seem to provide that either. Save yourself money and time and take your business somewhere else. All I was offered was that they can waive the $9.99 return fee once I receive my order. Absolutely useless 🙄

Do not order online go instore!

Ordered the 13/5. Emailed asking why I haven’t had any shipping updates I get a reply saying it’s already been packed and is waiting to be dispatched and that I can’t get a refund because they have already packed it. Like a week later I get an email saying somethings in my order are out of stock and have been refunded. So clearly it had not been packed if I had known I would have asked for a refund as I need the clothes by the end of this week. But doubt they are coming because they’ve been “waiting for courier pick” up since the 26/05

Erika @ Hornsby store is excellent

Went to the Hornsby store today and the sales assistant Erika was super helpful and extremely friendly. Great customer service. I went to just scout around and walked out with 4 dresses thanks to her great sales skills. They’ve got a sale going on at the moment, so it was a good time to shop. I know it’s fast fashion, but I think the quality of the dresses I bought is pretty good. Original retail price around $70 for each dress. Significantly discounted now - well worth it

I love buying from Ally. It’s the only store I can 100 percent bet on for not only affordability and quality but also have some of the outfits that are mostly hard to find in other stores.

Pink floral strapless dress

I place an order on the weekend and accident chose normal shipping instead of express, but was needing it for the next weekend. On Monday I called customer service and they told me the best and easiest option was to cancel the original order, and make a new one with express shipping. I they got back to me in no time and it only took a few minutes to change. Very helpful, convenient and quick!

Positive and helpful customer service

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and within an hour of emailing the team they were able to amend the order and send the correct size. Absolute legends!!! Saved me sending it back and waiting longer for a dress I really wanted. I'll keep ordering again and again 💖

Horrible customer service that never replies to emails or phone calls, have left multiple voicemails also. They sent me a returns label that is not a returns labels worst company ever.
Edit: have emailed multiple times and called and left voicemails also, so don’t believe there reply below.

Scammers

I ordered a dress online a few days ago. The next morning, found the exact same one for a cheaper price and decided to cancel my online order. There was no cancellation option. I contacted customer service over call since their site stated there was a one day processing period--no response. Left a voicemail--no response. Emailed them and received a late response the next morning to which they stated they couldn't cancel any orders after payment, even though nothing had been shipped out yet. They encouraged me to ship it back. I tried to do that, only to find out I wouldn't be refunded the shipping fee and would be deducted a $10 fee to receive a refund.

Which meant, I would be paying extra to ship out an item I didn't want. Customer service is terrible. I have never experienced anything like this. Customers should not be getting charged extra to return items.

Beware. Their online purchases are basically final.
